Sorry but I don't think I understand you properly
Is this request for Argus?
After you plug all cameras into a POE switch, you need to plug the PoE switch as well as the NVR to the same router.
Hello, please directly contact our support regarding this issue. They would love to help you with this~~
We are improving the client software For live view audio out of BI, please notice during the process of adding the camera.Make sure you have it ticked. Also when you are live viewing the camera, if there is no audio then you right click on the images and choose Play Audio so you'll actually hear the audio:
I'm using BI 4.5.9.11 x64 like you do. And I doubt it is a camera issue. But I need to find proofs. LoL...
Okay, so let's rule out the possibility of wrong firmware. The first screenshot is from my 411WS running on the latest version as yours. So the new firmware is not the issue. firmware-from-411WS.jpg
Then please check the camera firmware and see whether the cameras is loaded with wrong firmware.
Hi Paul, you purchased Reolink Argus cameras, right? Please kindly note that Argus is only supported on mobile App so far. It's not supported to add them to the Client software (Windows, Mac OS) or web browser. This was out of consideration to extend the battery life. We are thinking if it's improper to access the camera via a computer or via a web server, because when you forget to close the live view on your computer, it will cause the battery juice to run out fast. We have plans to add support for Argus on desktop client but still working on it and not sure about the specific release date.Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, thanks for sharing. We would certainly take into serious consideration adding the feature to the next generation products.
1. Only when you preview the camera full-screen (one at a time) will you have "clear" option. If you are in split view, no "clear" option as there won't be multiple cameras in clear mode at the same time. Imagine you are watching two/more 1440P high quality youtube live video at the same time, 90% you'll see choppy videos. 2. Mr. FongJeng Kum tells exactly the truth.3. The interface doesn't exactly fit 2-camera split.4. Can i know the model of your laptop?
In your picture, there is only one mistake:You should connect the PoE switch to the router, rather than to the back of NVR.
Currectly the software already did that: https://reolink.com/faq/set-up-ftp-in-reolink-client/
Mark, try the old version here https://www.dropbox.com/s/fsl1ltgl2c8nr6g/Reolink%20Client%20Windows%20v7.2.2.10.exe?dl=0 Thanks.
