As to the issue of empty ‘Capture’ and ‘Download’ folder on my C/ drive, please try selecting another path for ‘Capture’ and ‘Download’. And then re-launch Reolink Client running as administrator.
Dear rz22g,It's not like you said that we have pushed off updates on current products but we are always seeking ways to improve, not only on new products but also on currect products. Please kindly understand that some features are easy to implement while others not so easy. Always easier to raise a problem than find the good solution. And for some features some people like it while others don't. Please rest assured that we never stopped and will continue to support on our current products. We value your feedback and welcome constructive criticism.

Dear Philip,You may have to face the Argus downwards a little bit as the person is not in the detection range (although still visible in the images) of the PIR sensor beneath the lens.
@SaegisThe firmwares are ready. But we have to wait for the launch of Reolink Mac Client. Then we will official release the firmwares. You can contact us for the needed firmware please.

@hangman54With that option ON, it brings you right to the live view page instead of the Devices page every time you launch the App.
