Hi Phili,Here is the screenshot from the manual regarding the detection range:detection-distance.jpg
Hi guys,Thanks for your valuable feedback. Your voices have already been forwarded to our development team. We take your thoughts very seriously.@FongJeng KumI am not able to duplicate the bug. Can you show us a video of how you duplicate this issue please? Thank you so much.
Hi jld_416,Appreciate your feedback. The options are indeed on the App. So the path will be: you open the App>> click on the gear icon to enter Device Settings >> toggle off the push or Email, which I think is a short-cut already. Let me know your thoughts.
Dear Philip,I have asked our agent to escalate your case, and make a speedy reply to you.Please kindly check your inbox again later~
Hi jld_416,There are ON/OFF switches under Device Settings for sending Push and Email. Is it quick enough for you? Thanks!
I think you may have ticked "Picture Only". That's why you received Emails with no text or subject, I suppose?
Your request has been collected. Engineering is reviewing the feasibility of implementing this idea. We’ll schedule to implement the request if it’s accepted. Otherwise it goes to the suggestion pool and may be reactivated if others make similar requests again. Thank you sincerely for sharing your thoughts. We will take your request seriously and work hard to make our products better~
Dear Glen,Those cameras will not take up your download bandwidth. Only when you are accessing them from outside networks, will they take up the upstream bandwidth. But never your download bandwidth. So I think there must be something else holding back your bandwidth. I think, maybe the router is incompetent, and it's in slow process of data when many devices are connected to it.
@Jerrel SchoenrockThank you a lot for your constructive critism. We are now scheduling to make a new instruction on this topic and publish it at our website for your reference.Have a nice day!

@carbonitaThanks for sharing
Dear Joshua,If the motion detection is disabled during this period, you'll leave the intruder a chance to break in without you notified, which is a harzard. If a man with a bad will has some basic understanding of IP cameras, he will take advantage of this bug to make evil attempts.
@tom.scheiflerWe confirmed that the mounting holes & the wire hole do align with the actual camera. And the diameter is of the inner circle, which doesn't matter. You will tear down the papper template after you finish drilling the holes. Hope you can kindly understand.
@timifiedPlease kindly note that we have scheduled to test and fix it. Thank you sincerely for bug reporting.
There is no need to further extract it, Andy.
@michael.levinIt may be a faulty unit but I can't say for sure. Please contact our support and our agent will help you deal with it. Thank you~
Bitte schreiben Sie eine E-Mail an uns und fordern Sie die neue Version der Software an.
@Mark1. Try upgrading your camera firmware in the first place (https://reolink.com/faq/upgrade-firmware-of-reolink-camera/ )2. Try doing this on the web admin portal of the camera (https://reolink.com/faq/browsers-can-you-use-to-see-videos-captured-by-reolink-cameras/ )
