Don't worry, as long as you click shutdown and then disconnect the NVR's power supply, it will not harm the NVR. But be careful not to suddenly disconnect the power when the NVR is running normally.
We are sorry to hear that. We will submit your request to the engineers in the meetings.
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the design of the plate. We will forward your feedback to our product manager in the meetings. HOpe that our R&D team can make improvements to this issue.

The auto-add function means if the cameras and the NVR are connected to the same router, the NVR can detect the camera and add it to the NVR via LAN automatically.
Thank you for your information! It is suggested to use a wired mouse with the NVR, we haven't tested the wireless mouse yet.
Do you mean you cannot use the custom NTP server on the Client?
You can switch off the NVR and then unplug the power adapter. That will no harm the NVR.
We will forward your feedback to our engineer. Also, could you please contact our support team at support@reolink.com? That will be more convenient for us to contact you if there is any progress on this issue.
