Thank you for your feedback. We will forward your feedback to the R&D team to make improvements in the future.
You are welcome. Merry Christmas!
For the C2 pro with IPC_51516, we have beta firmware that supports HTML5, but it is not released on our website now. If you need, please contact our support team. They need to contact the R&D team for the beta firmware.
Just like this.QQ图片20201224194717.png
We really appreciate the support of our loyal customers. The development of Reolink cannot be separated from your supports. We also understand that it is an unhappy experience to know that the firmware for IPC_3816 will not be updated. Actually, we have communicated with the R&Dteam and I am afraid what we can do is limited at this point. Could you please contact the support team to see if they have a better solution?
Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Wir werden es an unser Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteam weiterleiten, um eine Verbesserung vorzunehmen.
You can add a POE switch between the cameras and the POE NVR, but we don't recommend to connect in this way. If you have to connect in this way because of the inconvenience to hook multiple wires in the scenes like between two buildings, please make sure do not add more than three cameras into the POE switch and then attach the switch into the PoE port on the NVR.If you added more than 3 cameras on the one PoE switch and connect the switch to the PoE port on the NVR, the video stream may be delay or freeze.Only the cameras that are in the same LAN can be added to the NVR.
Sorry that the battery-powered cameras can only work with the Reolink software because of the hardware limitation. All Reolink battery powered cameras don't support ONVIF protocol, RTSP stream, and related communication protocols that third party software requires.
Sorry the the manual is old, we are still working on the new manual.
You are welcome! Please believe that we are keeping improving our products.
After you upgrade the camera, it will move left-right-up-down when it reboots every time. It is a self-checking process.
The connection of the Reolink app and client is not based on Flash. The Flash will not affect the connection of Reolink software. If it's convenient, you can continue to access the cameras via the Reolink software.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We do not have the firmware that supports HTML5 for IPC_3816M cameras. You can access the camera via the Reolink app or client. You can also contact https://reolink.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to see if our support team can provide you with a satisfactory solution.
Please contact our support team at support@reolink.com. They will help you troubleshoot.
Thank you for your support of Reolink!
Thank you for sharing the information. It would help other users who have similar issues.
I am afraid the glass will have some effects on the image. Also, it is suggested to install the camera somewhere avoids glare.
Sorry that we only have this data. Also, it is not suggested to power on the camera by the battery, because it may damage the machine.
The issue may be caused by the 128GB SD card. Could you please exchange another SD card (64GB or less than 64GB) for a check?
It is not recommended to use a third-party camera on Reolink NVR since there may be compatibility problems, and it is difficult for us to troubleshoot on the third-party camera. We recommend you to use Reolink Cameras on Reolink NVR. After considering compatibility issues, if you still want to use 3rd party cameras with Reolink NVRs, you could choose cameras that support ONVIF and RTSP protocols.
