Sorry for making you confused. I mean the Reolink Go that is produced later can support this function. The camera that was produced before can't support time-lapse because it is also related to the hardware. Currently, the Reolink Go PT can support time-laspe. If you are interested in it, you can have a look.
Currently, the E1 pro supports preset. For the E1 Zoom, we will forward your request to the R&D team to help them make improvements.
PoE voltage for the camera is IEEE 802.3af / 48V Active. For the power adapter, it uses 12V 1/2A.
Sorry that we did not test the 5Kplayer, we cannot determine whether there is a compatibility issue between the camera and then 5Kplayer.
Sorry that the currently Reolink Go cannot support the time-lapse function. Our engineers are working on this issue in the new version camera.
Sorry that our R&D team will not update the firmware that can support HTML5 for the IPC_3816, it is not only related to the software update but also related to the hardware. Is it convenient for you to use the REolink APPor Client?
The Argus 3 use the PIR sensor to detect movement, the changing in temperature will trigger the alarm. The moving leaves and water will reflect lights and cause a change in temperature. For the false alarm issue, please contact our support team at support@reolink.com, to see if they can provide you with a better solution.
Please contact our support team at support@reolink.com, they will help you solve the problem.
May I know why you want to return the camera? Do you meet some problems when you use the products?
1. The RLC-520 can work with RLN8/RLN16. 2. It depends on your recording settings. It can be 2560×1920 @30fps. 3. There are no special requirements for the monitor, just to make sure that your monitor is no less than 720p.
Is it convenient for you to set an FTP? You can upload the continuous recording to the FTP server.
Sorry for your inconvenience. Please submit this issue to https://reolink.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and provide the videos. Our support team will help you check the problem.
The camera itself does not support the continuous record, so the setting on the client will only set up the record schedule for the SD card. If your NAS is a regular NAS or a network hard disk, you may use FTP to upload videos to your NAS/hard disk. Please refer to this link: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900003742746
It's not on the schedule yet. But we will forward your request to the R&D department to see if it can be achieved in the future.
Please submit a request to https://reolink.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and provide the system information. Our support team will help you find out the correct firmware.

We are sorry that we don't have this firmware for IPC_3816M cameras. You can connect the camera via Reolink client or Reolink app.
Sorry for the inconvenience. The motion zone can work for Motion detection, but it cannot work with the smart detection yet. We are working hard to make the motion zone work for smart detection, please wait patiently.
