Sorry that the order of the cameras that are connected to the NVR cannot be rearranged on the APP. The order of the cameras is related to the IP channel.
You can live view and playback the video on your iPhone, you need to download the Reolink APP on your phone. The RLC-810A cannot support the startlight.
