Hello, the RLC-810A camera can't support customizer sensitivity now. But with the latest firmware version, the camera can customize the detection zone for person/vehicle detection.

Hello all. Due to the hardware limitation and in order to save power, Reolink battery-powered cameras (like Argus series) don't support web access.

It is suggested to access the battery-powered cameras via the Reolink APP on the phone and the Reolink client on the computer, which provides you a stable connection.
