Hello all, Sorry for the late reply.Reolink battery-powered cameras can’t work with third-party software due to the hardware limit. All Reolink battery-powered cameras don't support ONVIF protocol, RTSP stream, and related communication protocols that third party software requires. In addition, most third-party software doesn't have the battery management option that allows the camera to enter the power-saving sleep mode when no motion is detected, thus they can't work together. Therefore, we recommend you to access Reolink battery-powered cameras via Reolink software. If you still need help, please Submit a ticket via https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/newSend an Email directly to support@reolink.com

Could you tell us the camera model?May I ask if your phone and camera are on the same internet when the issue occurs? If you switch the "Fluent" mode to live view the camera, will it be better? Please reboot the router. Further issue, please contact us via email, and we will help you solve the issue quickly.
Sorry that we do not have a recommendation for the doorbell camera. It is not recommended to use a third-party camera on Reolink NVR since there may be compatibility problems, and it is difficult for us to troubleshoot on the third-party camera. We recommend you to use Reolink Cameras on Reolink NVR. If you want to know more about which Reolink Cameras can work with Reolink NVR, please refer to:Which Reolink Cameras can Work with Reolink NVRAfter considering compatibility issues, if you still want to use 3rd party cameras with Reolink NVRs, you could choose cameras that support ONVIF and RTSP protocols. If the cameras support Onvif but could not work with Reolink NVR, there may be some compatibility problems and we do not have a better solution yet. Thanks for your understanding.

If there is one phone enable 'exit' and then another phone enable 'home', the camera will only save the settings of 'home' except the push. The push will also send to the first phone, but the camera will not record video to the SD card. Hope my explanation is clear.
We are sorry that the devices cannot be turned off via the app. You can consider setting the scene mode to see if it can help. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026049414-What-is-Scene-Mode-and-How-to-Set-the-Scene-Mode-for-Your-Cameras-on-Reolink-App
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. If you want to access the camera via the web browser, you can consider our WiFi cameras or PoE cameras: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000501083-Which-Cameras-NVRs-can-be-accessed-via-web-browser?source=search
Hello all.Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. For items 1 and 2, I will forward your suggestion to our R&D team. They'll see whether we receive similar feedback and put it into the schedule. It will take time to evaluate the request and to achieve it. For item 3,Sorry that the import config files function has been removed last year. The older exported config files may not be compatible with our new desktop software and if users import the previously exported config files into the new desktop software, the software may crash. That's why you cannot find the import camera settings function after the update. Hope this clarifies. We will keep releasing new cameras with new functions, for example, the coming IP cameras with AI smart motion detection. To enable AI smart detection, new hardware is required. So, the AI cameras will come with newer hardware compared to current IP cameras. If you want the same setup on the AI cameras and try to import the previous config files from the non-AI cameras, compatibility issues may have happened. We have been receiving reports from our users that they have encountered compatibility issues when exporting and importing config files between cameras with newer and older hardware version. That's why we remove this function temporarily and work on these issues since then. We will relaunch this function later when we find solutions to eliminate the compatibility issues.

Hello. Sorry to tell you that our camera can't support rotation automatically when start-up since the hardware issue.
Hello, the camera in the RLK8-810b4a is the same camera as the RLN8-810A。 But the camera in NVR kit can't work separately and doesn't have UID.
