Sorry for the inconvenience. We are still developing the plugin to substitute the Adobe Flash Player for our cameras. And the update will be released before the Flash Player is ended.
Hi, please don't worry, that'a false detection of the Windows Defender. We have contacted Microsoft to remove that false detection. You may update the malware definitions of your Windows, then that file won't be detected as Trojan file. Also, please recover that file if it has already been limited by Windows Defender, otherwise, the Reolink Client can't be launched properly. And I have attached the reply from Microsoft, you can follow the provided steps to update the malware definitions.reply-from-MS.png
Hi, The playback issue was caused by the change of DST, and it will affect the playback of that day.The Reolink Client in this link "https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Cg83CvRbyCFYdbrxk6prgjydQbQNSbby/view?usp=sharing" is the Beta version of the new Reolink Client, it hasn't been released formally. And it fixed the DST bug (though you may don't need it anymore), you may have a try on that version to experience the new Client interface.
Hi, yes, if you install an additional camera using a PoE switch, you can live view the camera separately as well. And also, it can be added to the NVR system as a kit camera of the system. But please note, if that camera is from the NVR package (not purchased separately), then, when it works with the PoE switch, you can only connect to it via Client software in the local network, and it doesn't support remote connection.
Hi, here is some more information:After the cameras are powered on via PoE switch and are connected to the same router with the PoE NVR, generally, those cameras can be added by the NVR automatically. However, if you set a password for the camera, it will show "Invalid PWD" in the NVR IP channel page, and you will need to input the correct camera password to add the camera to NVR.And you will need to plug the NVR to a monitor via HDMI/VGA cable to a monitor then do the operation via the monitor interface.
Hi, sorry that currently reolink NVR could only the wired mouse. We will forward your request to our R&D department to see if we can make this improvement in the near future. Thanks!
Hi, since the camera only has 8 channels, it can support at most 8 cameras.Even you use the poe switch to connect the cameras, each camera still will occupy one channel. Thanks!
