There is no definite date when the cloud will be available in UK.
However, google home is supported in UK.
Please refer to the below link to add it and Argus 2 does support it.

Hi, sorry that Argus 2 doesn't support any 3rd-party cloud and it could only work with reolink cloud currently (in US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand).

Hi Carl, sorry that RLC-410 doesn't support the siren(audio alarm) function. If you need this function, you may consider Reolink Argus, Keen, Argus Eco, Argus PT, Argus 2, Go, C1, C1 Pro, C2, and C2 Pro.

Hi, sorry that since the NVR only has 8 ports, it can support at most 8 cameras. This couldn't be achieved by software upgrading.
