Sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to display the video stream via VLC player, you may use the RTSP stream. But the RLK8-800B4 supports sub-stream RTSP stream only. You may refer to this URL to set your camera's RTSP stream: rtsp://(user name):(password)@(IP address):554/h264Preview_01_(stream type)For example, you can set it as this: rtsp://admin:111111@192.168.10.92:554//h264Preview_01_subThe "01" in the "h264Preview_01" means the camera channel on the NVR.

Hi, the camera will record videos to SD card and upload videos to Cloud at the same time, but the video files in the Cloud and the SD card are not the same. The video clip in Cloud is fixed 8 seconds, if the motion last for more than 8 seconds, then the whole event will be cut into several 8-seconds clips then uploaded to Cloud. And the video clip in SD card depends on how long the motion lasts)When you playback, you are playing the camera SD card videos, and you can playback the SD card videos via Reolink Client/App only. And if you want to display the Cloud videos, you can login to the Cloud account via Reolink App or web browser then display the video in Cloud storage.
Hi, the baseline, main and high in the H264 Profile will affect the camera image quality in some degrees. When it's set to High, the quality is the best. And for the live view, the required bandwidth for Clear live view is necessary. If your network is not quite stable, you can reduce the camera image quality to lower the bandwidth requirement. And you may set lower bitrate for the camera: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006937654-Set-up-the-Quality-Settings-via-Reolink-App
