Sorry, the Wi-Fi NVR does NOT support RTSP URL to stream. Thanks for your understanding. Have a nice day.
Please refer to the below link to check the version of the cameras via POE NVR. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005175034-How-to-Find-out-Camera-Firmware-Version-on-IP-Channel-page-via-Reolink-PoE-NVRThank you in advance.

It means your current one is newer than the one on our official website. Therefore, there is no need to update it. Thank you.
Since you are in US, you may enjoy cloud storage with the battery-powered camera. You can go to Reolink official website for checking battery-powered camera. Thank you and have a nice day.
Hi, the HDD storage depends on the HDD manufacturer, different manufacturers may have different standards to set the HDD storage. So, the available storage of a 4TB HDD won't be 1024*4 GB (the HDD system needs to occupy certain storage). If you install 2 HDDs in the NVR, there will be volume 0 (generally the preinstalled HDD) and volume 1, the NVR will store videos to volume 0 first. When the colume 0 is full, it will save videos to volume 1. If both HDDs are full, it will overwrite from volume 0.
The Reolink app doesn't have the camera quantity limitation. You can add cameras to Reolink App as many as you want. There are 4-grids (live view 4 cameras at the same time) view, 9-grids, 16-grids view (it will show up only when there are more than 16 devices on your App), etc.The maximum resolution of the battery-powered cameras is 1080p, so the wifi cameras and PoE cameras will have better image quality. And the battery-powered cameras use PIR detection, therefore the detection distance is limited.PIR-范围.png
Sorry for the inconvenience, because of the hardware limitation, the Argus Eco (and other battery-powered cameras) don't support the functions you mentioned. You may use an SD card to store the video at present if Relink Cloud is not available in your country.
Hi, We are still trying to add more features/functions to the camera, and currently we are still working on that.At present, the Cloud service is not available in EU countries, but if you update the Reolink App to the latest version, then you can find the Smart Home section to enable Google Home/Alexa function for the camera.
Sorry, it's not able to "remove" the non-working camera via Client software. If you want to sort the camera channels, you will need to plug the NVR to a monitor, then change the camera's channel on the IP channel page (monitor interface).IP-channel.png
Hi, Reolink is still trying to add more features to the Reolink cameras. Recently, we have enabled Alexa function for Reolink cameras (doesn't including the old version with old hardware), but the IFTTT function is still under developing. And for the HDD question:For the 8-channek NVR, the external HDD needs extra power adapter, and it can be added to the NVR via the eSATA socket only. Please refer to this link: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005091374-How-to-Expand-the-Capacity-of-Reolink-NVRs.
Please email at support@reolink.com and our technical support will help to confirm it. Thanks for your understanding.
Please send an email at support@reolink.comSo far, the new version of RLC-410-5MP does support Google home. Our technical support will help you.Thank you in advance.
What's the model of the Reolink camera? If it's not battery-powered camera, we can use FTP server or NVR to save the recording videos. If it's a battery-powered camera, please tell us which country you locate. Thank you in advance.
