We will have a new 16 channel NVR to support the 4K camera, but its not available now that's to say the 16 channel NVR you have now its not available to work with the 4 K camera, so you can buy a new 16 channel NVR and its unable to upgrade the firmware to make your old 16 channel NVR work with the 4k camera.
Yes, each camera has its own password, you can set up all your cameras with the same password, if you forget the camera password you can factory reset the camera by press the camera reset button.
