RLC-423 can not supply power to the microphone you use. So one of the cable of the microphone should be plugged into the audio in jacket of the camera and the other one should be connected its power source to power up the microphone to work. Thanks!

So sorry for that since none of our battery powered cameras don't support the PIR masking yet, but i will forward your request to our R&D team to follow up, the camera like RLC-410 which supports to set up the motion area, thank you!

The 5v/2a USB charger can power on this camera, if the camera power on like that its not available to work outdoor, please note that.
In that case, please try to change the wireless channel on your router. Generally speaking, Argus Eco should have better Wi-Fi capacity since it uses external antenna. Please adjust the antenna on the camera to help to improve the Wi-Fi signal. Thank you and have a nice day.

For RLC-423, SD card can only help to save the motion recording videos. If you set the motion recording, the videos will be saved to the SD card at the same time. If you set the 24/7 recording, it can only be saved to NAS/PC. Thank you and have a nice day.
