Do you mean the login password for the camera? If you successfully accessed it once, it's unnecessary to put the password again. It will be remembered.

May I know the model number of the camera? If it's Reolink non-battery powered camera(E1, E1 pro , B400, D400, B800), you may use the FTP feature to have the camera send you a picture every 10 minutes .
Thanks for sharing. Have a nice day!
Could you please kindly report the issue to the support team and they'll help you look into the issue? They'll provide you a final solution after the issue is confirmed. Thanks.
Yes. The original camera will still record to the SD card. When we plug the camera directly to the NVR, we cannot access the camera separately on Reolink software. But we may plug the camera to the network then the camera will record to the NVR as long as the NVR and the camera are under same network. And at thi ssituation we may also access the camera separately on Reolink software to view the recordings from the SD card. Thanks.
We have the Argus Eco camera. Its view angle is 100 degree. You may consider it. Thanks.
Could you please kindly send a request to support@reolink.com and they'll help you with the issue. Thanks.

Hi, you can upgrade the single-camera or the nvr's firmware via the Mac client. It's not supported to upgrade the firmware for the cameras added or linked to the nvr system. If you want to upgrade the firmware for the cameras linked to the nvr, please do it on the NVR.
Hi Jonny,Please send all the details to our support department via support@reolink.com, we will help you troubleshoot this issue.Wish you a nice day.

A little confused about your question. Do you mean whether you can access the cameras separately not through the NVR? If my understanding is right, you have to connect the cameras to your router not NVR directly. Thank you and have a nice day.
It's better to turn on the reduce fake alarms. Then, the camera will automatically skip some fake alarm by default. Thank you and have a nice day.
How about the PIR push notification? It's better to send an email to support@reolink.com with the camera's live view. Then, our technical support will provide you further help. Thanks for your understanding.
In your case, it's recommended to reset the NVR first. If the issue still exists, please email at support@reolink.comOur support will provide you more help. Thank you.
