We do have the plan on integrating our cameras with IFTTT system. we have finished the work on integrating our cameras with google home and Alexa this year. Hopefully we'll finish the work on integrating our cameras with IFTTT system in the coming year. Thanks.
Sorry to tell you that the cameras cannot work with the phone line. We need to connect the cameras to ethernet cable to have it connected to network. Thanks.

Hi there, you can disable the motion alarm if you don't wanna receive it, please go to Menu >> Alarm >> Motion >> Action, and uncheck buzzer for the selected cameras (channels). Then click Apply to save the settings, please refer to this article for more details: How to Enable/Disable Alarm Buzzer for POE NVR

Hi there, you can upgrade the firmware for the cameras by downloading the firmware to a USB drive, and then plug the USB to the NVR, please refer to this article for more details: Upgrade Firmware via PoE NVRThe NVR system will assign an IP address to the cameras, if you wanna connect the cameras to the network and add to the NVR at the same time, you may connect the cameras to router/switch which under the same network(LAN) as the NVR, and then NVR will be able to scan all the cameras that in LAN.

Hi there, you can just connect your camera to the internet and install the Reolink Client on PC, and then use the UID to add the camera, please refer to Add Reolink products to Reolink software

Dear Ken, Thanks for choosing Reolink product. Have you added the C1 Pro to your NVR? Besides, have you set the 24 hours recording for C1 Pro on your NVR? The SD card on the C1 Pro does support to record motion and constant recording. If you don't add the camera to your NVR and configure it, it may save to SD card directly. Thank you.
