May I know if the model of your camera is RLC-422? It looks like the stain on the lens, please clean up the lens and check if the stain still exists. If the blur is still there, that might be the reflection of the glass cover, we recommend you adjust the installation position for a further check.
May I know the model of your camera? If you didn't set the password for your camera during the initial setup process, the default password will be blank (no password). If you forget the password you set before, you could reset the device and configure it again.

Yes, both antennas in the package are identical. RLC-410W is a dual-band WiFi security camera, you can connect it to both the 2.4Ghz WiFi and 5Ghz WiFi. The WiFi signal can be easily affected by the environment and obstruction. You can change a position to install this camera or move it closer to the router for a test. Please kindly understand that the antennas sent by us are already the optimal matches by our repeating tests. It's not advised to replace the antennas with other DB values, or of other shapes. For more information about the WiFi distance of Reolink WiFi camera, visit The WiFi Distance for Reolink WiFi Cameras.

The higher the level, the more sensitive the motion detection. For instance, in level 1, the alert will be triggered when motion is detected in 10% of the motion detection area; In level 50, the alert will be triggered when motion is detected in 0.5% of the motion detection area. You can set different motion sensitivity values for the four-time periods. You may change each period’s starting and ending time to adapt to the changing lighting conditions of the surroundings. It is recommended to set the sensitivity higher (10-50) in the daytime and lower (1-10) at night time.
Thank you for all your suggestions. I've collected them and forwarded to our R&D team. They will spare no effort to work on it and will publish a new TV app that is compatible with the TV in the future. You could access your Reolink cameras via Reolink App on your smartphone or Reolink Client on your PC. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
For the PoE and WiFi cameras, they identify the motions by comparing the two frames (before and after). If there is a difference between the two frames, the alarm for motion detection will be triggered. The area that the camera set to detect is the key to avoid the false alarm. Read on How to Avoid False Alerts on Reolink Cameras to learn more.
All of those suggestions have been collected and forwarded to our R&D team now. Indeed, HTML5 will be a new trend in the future. We will definitely fix this in the right way as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience in accessing our camera via the web browser. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
