@reolink-fiona I did see lots of improvement and have tested most of them. Thanks for sharing. Good Job. Please let us know if there are new firmware to test out.
@aymen_647614801764433 Because it is based on the signal strength. I sort it out by having distinct SSID for 2.4G and 5G and I have set it to the 5G SSID.
@joseph_1979 Thanks Ted. Reolink should implement this at the earliest. Most brands have it now.
@keithsrobertson_502667899429020 I agree with you in case you have 1 camera otherwise it is fine. Thanks to point out and will inform support accordingly. We have a number of cams and it is absolutely impossible to test all possible scenarios.
@seb_526812765704330 According to its specs, it provides 25W per port and this is more than adequate to power up the entities you have stated above. It also supports both IEEE 802.3 af/at interfaces. From your list only floodlight has 'at' interface. Max power consumed by those cam < 12W while the floodlight consumes < 25W.
@user_636369519505420_636369519505420 Reolonk is working on it. Hopefully we shall see it implemented soon.
@robert-hammond_315369854550200 I have been using the 8.10beta since it was made available by Fiona and haven't encountered such an issue. Which cameras are connected to the client?
@randy_tidd_166680584470723 Definitely it is on the list of implementation and others are asking for callout rather than a push notification together with using existing chimes. These are three of the most requested features.
@kristof it has to be wiped as otherwise it is recoverable. And this should be extended to ftp too. Once file has been successfully transferred there should be an optional function to delete the file after a specific time set by user. After all the embedded os is Linux and so easily achievable. It's a matter of priority.
@reolink-fiona Well Done. Try to extend your presence in a European Exhibition.
@big_ted Apply marine grease to the bolts :).
@ben-l_363180304232580 There is the horizontal range under Detection Alarm. Ensure you have the latest firmware. Go to Reolink download center and check it out.
@michael4371_319452955955436 Around 0.7m but you can buy a 4.5m power extention cable from Reolink.
@user_630032533872721_630032533872721 I haven't yet seen it in the roadmap.
@yuri_601168383385686 In the user management add them as USER. USERs are not allowed to alter device settings, just to change password.
@mikkoim_385349357375663 This hasn't yet been released in public and so must be a beta version. The last stable official firmware is 989.
@ermaconsolini_619748074721328 I have these options on various cams older than the DUO but have a newer firmware. So I suggest you to email Reolink support and check if your firmware is the latest. Include the hw version in your email. If these options are not available then write a simple one line bash script (find /myfolder -mmin +5 -exec rm -f {} \;) and add it to the crontab (assuming Linux).
@user_651490629161069_651490629161069 Absolutely good suggestion. Perhaps multiple monitoring points under the control of a schedule.
@reolink-fiona That's better. Please push development team for more enhanced features which have been requested by members. Thanks for providing the client for us to test it out.
@user_655116840280159_655116840280159 Excellent. Will definitely be appreciated by the members.
