@eric_s The MAC addresses being forwarded are invalid and usually indicates a problem with the device port. It could have been caused by a voltage spike following the power recovery. If it is under warranty I suggest you to open a ticket with support.
@user_976723951882492_976723951882492 FTP and recording on to the local SD are two independent functions. This can be shown by having recoding off and FTP enabled. Therefore, if there is an issue on the remote ftp server or the transport the file will not be successfully transmitted and will be lost. I suggest you to have the FTP server on the same network as the camera. You may use Cerberus or FileZilla ftp server and do some scripts on the server hosting the ftp to delete or move files accordingly.Other options are to use 3rd party software NVRs like Frigate or Reolink NVR/HHP.
@tomselbyuk_331910860959874 That's why I asked you to use a simple one to determine whether there is a special character not within the ones accepted.
@eric_s this is not coming from the CX. I don't think Reolink use Mellanox Technologies. Do you have other devices on the LAN? Any storage?Have you changed the poe port on poe switch? It seems camera is not being powered.
@sterling_745316683317395 these are the AWS servers which are used for P2P remote connection from outside your network.
I presume that you don't have an NVR.As a test, change the password of admin to a simple one like admin123 and try again. Do you have this camera connected to the cloud?
@sterling_745316683317395 Maybe they have pushed new fw. They contact AWS P2P servers for remote connections, their cloud servers to check if they have an active account and their alert handling application servers. Would you be able to include the target IPs?
@user_967761955217576_967761955217576 contact support to provide you the beta fw v3.3.0.369_25070829 to allow the integration of the chime with the home hub pro. Then you need to link it to the camera.
@reolink-alyson Looking forward to see how accurate this AI video search is. Following this we hope to see face recognition.
@reolink-alyson Any date when we shall see this on the NVR/HHP?
@colin-grimshaw_430254205366491 Yes, a number of customers have complained about the low audio level. See https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/1lvo8j9/cx810_mic_gain_too_high_on_new_camera/Older RLC cams have better audio. We told them to improve it and add gain control to the mic cct.
@user_970331172204733_970331172204733 If you have connected the POE camera to the POE NVR ports then the scene mode applies to all cameras. However, if you have connected the cameras through a POE switch to allow direct communication then with the scene mode you will be able to do what you want. With such approach you have more flexibility with the camera options.
@reolink-alyson There are other icons when the user sees the cameras on the application. Would you be able to provide a description of each? Thanks.
@kimchigun this should be the solution.
@kimchigun Definitely. One correctly dimensioned UPS for router and poe switch.
@czp_609875358003264 would you be able to draw a sketch of your network including switches and router? Include cams too.
@kimchigun It only supports the professional models. You need to ask the admin. I am a customer like you.
@normyanke_375871773016277 Can you provide screenshots? Is this on Android or iOS?
@vincent_814562503586020 The more requests they get the more we see it implemented.
@alfonsobonzo_963967896047829 We have already raised this with support. Camera should honour the non detection zone even when tracking or patrolling. I have this issue with Trackmix.
