@cunt_662434393354277 All you need to access is the AWS/Azure Relay servers to access your cameras in Bulgaria. And I do not think that the mobile operator restricts access these servers through their PGW. From WIFI network in UK you are able to connect to the cameras right?

@martin-kistell_73972976554167 Just ensure you are on the latest firmware (go to Reolink Download Center) and adjust the horizontal range under Alarms Setting. I am using it on E1 OD Pro and Trackmix and it works perfect.

@neil_chaplin_is_450076909830276 It is an issue and that's winter time. In Summer you have the BST which is GMT+1 as you correctly pointed out. With the upgrades which have been introduced since we exchanged correspondence I am no longer being taken to the recorded clip but rather to the live stream. I have reported this and even in the newest application it still takes you to the live view. Kindly email Reolink support and provide all the details.

Indeed the documents provided are generic and as you correctly stated the specs should be very clear to avoid misunderstanding, complaints and litigations. I do write specs myself for equipment costing millions of euro and I tend to be as clear as possible and ask for SOC with reference to clauses. The specs provided in the operation instructions are rather minimal. I will ask support to reconsider to include more detailed information similar to what is in the website. You could also email support and request this.

@user_713036944498912_713036944498912 Specs are written to be read. According to the power requirements, the camera supports IEEE 802.3at standard also know as PoE+. This provides up to 25.5W of power. It also stated 'Active' POE which means that the cam will check the power coming in, and, if it doesn’t meet the camera requirements, it just won’t power up.

The list is in thumbnail form and all you need to go to the clip is to click on it. We have requested this feature to Reolink. However, kindly send your request to Reolink support as their implementation depends on how much requests they have received for a feature.

@bamainark_709557840093322 This is beyond the specified operating temperature (14 to 122 degrees F). Definitely it will restarts and may even stop without you knowing. Try to use a program (freeware) which ping the doorbell and you should see if there will be periods of no response. Note that I have asked senior support to repeat their tests when the doorbell is subjected to high temperature.
