@user_654527999856704_654527999856704 This is event logging which list the detections detected by each camera in the order they occurred. The list is in thumbnail form and all you need to go to the clip is to click on it. We have requested this feature to Reolink. However, kindly send your request to Reolink support as their implementation depends on how much requests they have received for a feature.
@reolink_349195110404230 Email Reolink support and they shall provide.
@bamainark_709557840093322 This is beyond the specified operating temperature (14 to 122 degrees F). Definitely it will restarts and may even stop without you knowing. Try to use a program (freeware) which ping the doorbell and you should see if there will be periods of no response. Note that I have asked senior support to repeat their tests when the doorbell is subjected to high temperature.
@jimbrown-net Kindly send this request to Reolink support. They implement features based on how many requests they receive.
@railfan-arizona_485965826351268 You need DirectX9 not 12. 12 comes with Windows installation.
@jimbrown-net Of course. Buy I provided you with a workaround until we see it implemented on the application. Start the timer.....

@user_712287450128592_712287450128592 Good to hear that you solved it by yourself. I cannot simulate your scenario as I do not have 2 doorbells and Alexa.
@christian Hello Mister. Can you please install DirectX 9 and re-install v8.11.0? Let me know if this fixes the issue.
@mcrae Try to increase the alarm delay for persons to 1 or 2 s. I had an issue on RLC511WA which was triggered by the lantern switching at the main door. I added this delay and no more false triggering. Note that I switch off any motion detection. I just detect persons, vehicles and pets.
@user_596820849422406_596820849422406 Correct. Sometimes showing 100% and still charging.
@user_596820849422406_596820849422406 So you haven't set it up yet? Ensure LED is flashing every say 10s which indicates that WIFI is ok. If it was working you can add it by using its UID. It's on the label..9527000.......
@mcrae First check that you have the recent firmware. Just visit the Reolink Download Center. If the fw on the site is newer then download it and upgrade the camera. Moreover if you have the alarm delay, add 1 or 2 sec for person. This appears under alarm settings.
@digitalhorizons_515951171416209 Install DirectX 9 and try again.
@scott-leckie_478144730235105 I did download some mp4 files from different cameras and the Windows details give the exact duration. From which camera you are downloading the file? Can you download the file in low resolution and check the duration? Are you sure that the 12MB file is in high resolution?
@scott-leckie_478144730235105 It could be that your Windows is not recognising the codec H.265. Try with VLC too.
@defcon_274148371144872 You're welcome. The programmers used the D3D9 libraries. This is what I did too and solved the issue.
@grantwey_679968628187658 You need to add additional DirectX libraries. This client uses DirectX dll which are not included in version 12. Either you add it yourself or email Reolink support to send you the tool to do it.
@gnesper Rich push notification is only available on WIFI doorbell and Keen Ranger PT. Note that you need to have a cloud subscription.
@gilly_318311337443524 Either install DirectX which contains older libraries than in 12 or else email support and they will provide you with the tool to do it.
