@big_ted hope there is one from this community.
@yeshua1_44932331733221 I have the E1 OD Pro and I am quite satisfied with it. The last fw upgrade corrected the deviation in the monitor position. Pity that the E1 OD CX is 4MP. They should have upgraded the E1 OD Pro which is 8MP.
@jeankok_709237676638430 I don't use IoS. Kindly email support on support @ reolink . Com
@user_814209923797234_814209923797234 Their battery operated cams can only be managed and viewed through their clients.
@ml_812798949916887 Good question. I did ask support the same question two years ago.... I still have the Argus 2 with removable battery. I suggest you to request support too.
@user_828766971498649_828766971498649 once triggered it should record for 30s and if object is still within the FOV it shall continue to record. Try to stay longer than 30s....moving within PIR detection range...max 10m when sensitivity is set to max.
@user_835317354901708_835317354901708 common mistakes.....
@hatterasman_820042441261186 30s once triggered but if the object stays within the FOV of the camera, it will still continue to record. Try it yourself. Have a look at Argus 4 Pro...if you have some light ... say a lantern..you shall see the view in colour during the night. And it has a newer PIR with longer range and 180 degrees FOV. Watch some videos on YouTube.
@s-stoessler_71959255531 Good Steve you are happy. Keep it up and enjoy every second as time passes quickly.
@reocam_448003255267488 I suggest you to submit your request to support on support @ reolink . Com
@paolo-dirienzo_791935412203714 What is the version of the NVR? Check out here https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410520891033-Which-NVR-Can-Work-with-Reolink-Duo-Series-Cameras/#:~:text=Reolink%20Duo%20PoE%20and%20Reolink,RLN12W%20can%20work%20with%20them.
@user_833789011820780_833789011820780 Do you encounter this when you are on the same network as the cameras? I did notice this when I am on 4G but when I am on the same WIFI I don't have the issue. So it seems to be a transport one.

@dirk_402008813515005 I knew you were doing something wrong that's why I asked. Now enjoy switching on/off 200 means OK like SIP 200 OK.
@dirk_402008813515005 Can you paste the response received when you send the command?
@user_834529029939351_834529029939351 Most probably the SD is faulty. I had a similar issue and I did replied it with a high endurance one.Extract SD and check whether you are able to view it on PC.
@crimp-on_62210811129 Of course it should .Thanks for testing.
