@big_ted I do have the Argus 4 Pro and already observed connection instability. I am on a previous fw and will ask for this newer fw to check it out. But why we have to ask support for new firmware for battery cams? Have been complaining for years now.
@marius_ss_846431955587247 Check if you have enough space at the remote ftp server.
@smiles_891607800037615 This is the doorbell. Go and check at their Download Center. Just check your hw version.

@gene-vigelis_483550958342399 It's available on Android. Follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026209593-How-to-Adjust-Reolink-Device-Order/#:~:text=Launch%20Reolink%20App%20and%20go,to%20rearrange%20the%20device%20order.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Like it or not, we have to adapt. Sometimes we have to let it go as it is totally useless and in addition it will be detrimental to our health.
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 unfortunately, this is the world today.

@reolink-oskar what are the plans of adding SFTP? A number of on-line FTP services don't support FTPS.How about adding a features where camera takes a snapshot every x intervals and ftp the picture?
@mamymam2013_465350299701478 I am a customer like you and I fully understand your frustrations. I cannot understand why their software lags when compared to their competitors. And we are here to tell them where to improve and what we really wish to have. I do email them but finally it is their decision. I do have problems which remained unresolved. It is hard to make a name but it can easily be destroyed. And there are lots of brands to chose from.
@issom you need to contact support to push you the firmware.
@user_615023925190704_615023925190704 Of course. But see how often it is upgraded. Android/IoS clients are updated more frequently.
@robert-hammond_315369854550200 I had that client (8.18.9) and rolled back. It fails to load the weekly event history for the HHP. Other than that I didn't notice any difference. Most probably it includes new functions for new cams releases. If you want to download it use https://home-cdn.reolink.us/files/client/electron-release/reolink_setup_8.18.9_0.exe
@reolink-oskar Just to add a note: Some people have complained of condensation. Well, a camera that has power will generate a small amount of heat. The cold air outside versus the slightly temperature of the camera will create condensation on the inside of the lens. The colder and the more humid the climate, the longer this effect will last. Normally this shall disappear after a day or two.
@corky_737880191164642 Because the object stays longer in front of the camera. I charge mine every two months with an average daily usage of 10 min.
@kimchigun I don't think their competitors allow that. That's only through 3rd party applications.
@kimchigun Yes, that's the event list. Hopefully it shall be deployed on the NVRs.I don't think that they will ever allow other cams from different suppliers to be monitored through their NVRs. Personal opinion.

@ronlipp_768330938396820 Absolutely yes. Cameras must be on the same local network as the Home Hub to be added. Just install it on-site and access it remotely using one of their clients. You may also integrate the cameras through Frigate, BI, HA and access them remotely.
