@408313508024554 Did you enable any motion? The only two circuits which are always active are the PIR (assumed enabled) and the Mobile 4G module. The application is in cold state and will be run once the PIR has detected an object emitting infrared. Therefore if the PIR is detecting movements and you have only enabled the AI detection, it will still invoke the application to check the object detected and what other functions to perform. Did you enable others or any motion? Normally we only enable person, vehicle and pets. Unfortunately the fw for battery cameras are not included in the download center. If I were you I will email support especially if the camera is still under warranty. Email them on support @ reolink . com
@reolink-oskar Finally we see the DUO floodlight in 4K. This should be more than welcomed by the customers.
@sibedad I don't have this model and so I cannot comment. I suggest you to email support on support @ reolink . com or come to the Reddit community where you will definitely find customers who have this model.
@divingdarin_820567688605928 No need. Just enable UID and voila'.
@fontaineber_890033943597238 This is only available on the wired WIFI cams. Good suggestion. I suggest you to submit your request to support on support @ reolink . com
@reolink-oskar If you implement IFTTT on all your products then it would be easy to invoke other cameras to be triggered and start recording. If you intend to implement this on the NVR or the hub, recall that not all customers have these units. So one has to implement it in a way that it may be used in most scenarios as described. We still lack a lot of features we have requested. Re-introduce smart plugs and standalone spotlight.
@reolink-oskar Thanks for the products you have launched so far. We are awaiting for more innovative products with features which shall make them unique. One of the features we have been waiting for a year is a PROPER calling feature on the doorbell using VOIP or XMPP. Another one is facial recognition and more enhancements and stable clients.
@reolink-cam_813700743893181 There is no order. However, I will first update cameras and then NVR.
@adelphiauk To get a reply from Reolink, I suggest you to email them on support @ reolink . com. I don't have an NVR. I use ftp and HA.

@reolink-oskar you forgot the a in lunch ........ should be launch. Just to tell you that we read what is here
@reolink-oskar Oskar, ask hw product team to augment the vertical FOV. I see a number of customers complaining about lower vertical FOV in all the communities.
@ruben-rms_333406151225538 Excellent. Now enjoy Reolink products. Indeed nobody is perfect and there are myriads of features to be enhanced and added, both in clients and firmware. I am a customer like you and do criticise them in a constructive way so that they improve both the products and communication.
@eoras_733924289740947 I never came across this feature. Only implemented on a few cams which I don't have.
@shoong-family_857250434318540 you need the credentials you set for the camera and not Reolink account.
@reolink-oskar So you have replaced Daisy?
@corky_737880191164642 I will still email them and see if they can enable it.
@milad_764966782935269 Check this link. I would email support on support @ reolink . com
@ken_197973053927635 It's beyond the reach of any powerful extender like TP RE650. Try to search for solar Nanostation as suggested by Chopstix.
@reolink-oskar Kindly ask the HW development team to replace the plastic nut with a stainless steel one. I have three Solar panels and the nuts got broken. I replaced them with a stainless one. And the thread was ANSI and in Europe we have the ISO....so it was a hard time to find.
