@robert-hammond_315369854550200 You are absolutely right. Haven't checked this for quite sometime. Indeed such log files cannot be logged in this folder. Oh Gosh........... maybe a novice :). They should store this in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\reolink\logs as this is per user.
@seb_526812765704330 I agree. I told them you need to be in synchronicity amongst all platforms. If you introduce a feature...make it available on all clients at the same time. FULLSTOP.Yes, fw....we saw it once and then nothing. Not even the email subscription for fw upgrade has ever worked...at least to me. If not working then remove it. My sister has TAPO....if there is fw upgrade on any of the cameras she receives a notification on the client. This is fantastic and easily to implement. The playback is by far better. We are telling them where to improve but they don't listen to us.

Therefore, if you set the mainstream resolution as 4608*1728, the image cannot be displayed on full screen successfully. It is recommended to set the mainstream resolution as 4096*1536."Ensure you have the latest fw on both DUO 2 and NVR. Go to their Reolink Download Center and check them out.
@408313508024554 Ensure that there is no trailing slash at the end of the path name. The information provided barely leads me to the issue. Would you be able to capture a wireshark trace and set protocol to ftp and attach a screenshot? So after you configured ftp and saved setting, what was the outcome when you click on test? In the host, I assume you are entering the IP of the FTP server.

@mamymam2013_465350299701478 Ciao Marco, Devono migliorare il supporto disponendo di persone con un buon background tecnico e non solo di qualcuno che si trova sulla strada e che segue procedure scritte. Ricordi i diagrammi di flusso... sì, vai a questo e no a quello. Ho posizionato il cellulare nella posizione della TM e sul cellulare vengono visualizzate 2 barre. Quindi non è pieno e di conseguenza la misurazione precedente era errata. Ho un muro di 46cm per raggiungere la camera ed essendo 5G, la lunghezza d'onda è corta e meno penetrabile. Quindi direi che è stato migliorato e dipende dal chip WIFI che stanno utilizzando. Ma ho installato il nuovo fw e finora non ho problemi.Poi per verificarne l'efficacia l'ho cambiato in 2.4G ed è passato a 2 livelli.Buon Giorno.
@big_ted This may apparently be a beta version since they haven't yet announced it. That's the folder where they store the clients. You can find all previous clients. I would rather wait to see what has been added, deleted and improved.
