@mcs-yard-4_748142991896757 If you are not able to communicate with the camera through the client then it is not possible to restart or restore it. Could it be that the battery has been drained? Could it be that it lost 4G coverage? Could it be that the data bundle has been used? The best option is to go on site where the camera is installed and check.
@cylanoid_777455682298093 I tend to agree if a function doesn't work then remove it. I never had any of my cameras doing an auto update. I did ask support that if this is not going to be implemented, add a feature on the client to check the fw of the installed cameras and if there is an update pop up a message to the user. This is available on other brands.

@rodp I am a customer like you. You need to take it up with Shayla who is an employee of Reolink.
@jack_191956701057273 is it possible to get the upload speed from the camera location? Install ookla speed test from play store on your smartphone. You need to have at least 12Mbps upload.
@renaud-hx_437082136477858 So far the calling feature is based on push notification. Still awaiting improvements or the Ctual implementation based on VOIP.
@tjmoore82_316514855800995 It should record to SD even though you are watching a live view.
@user_824854431916182_824854431916182 Correct. Opt for a bigger SD (max is 256G for doorbell) and ensure it is of high endurance.
@user_825090955698356_825090955698356 You're welcome.
@jim_431415522513068 Which model?
@user_824854431916182_824854431916182 D340P is the poe doorbell bundled with 64G SD. The D340W is the WiFi doorbell bundled with 64G SD and the last one is the WIFI doorbell without SD. If you need an SD then you have to purchase one.
@user_mhm_789920451715266 Most probably your router is non-POE. So you need a POE adapter (e.g. Unifi U-POE-af) with input being the AC power and the RJ45 cable coming from the router. The output shall be the POE which is connected to your CX810.
@user_822884704698612_822884704698612 I missed this request. If you know some networking protocols, you could have connected a PC to the POE switch and run Wireshark. The phenomenon of reloading or getting powered off in the middle of running can result from the insufficient power supply and poor-quality PoE cables.
@user_824433098711168_824433098711168 This means that your weak signal at 5G. Try to have distinct 2.4G and 5G SSIDs and change the current 5G so that the camera will not try to connect to it.
@user_763484564779201_763484564779201 Is BI running on same PC where you have the Windows Client?
@janser-dienstleistungen-gmbh_257000373518575 I don't think this is possible with the current fw. I suggest you to email support.
@hamad366_797571640402067 On Android this is available in picture-in-picture. I don't use IOS. I suggest you to submit your request to support on support(@)reolink(dot)com
@user_824650961277058_824650961277058 There is no need to limit the current as this is limited by the impedance at the camera side (assuming same Voltage). To the best of my knowledge there is no Reolink battery cam which has the ftp feature. But as you said you might ask support if they can tailor you a fw. I have Argus 2, Argus 3 Pro, Argus 3 Ultra and DUO 2 battery operated cams and none of them came with the ftp functionality. This, of course, results in draining the battery more often and this is the main reason why they left it out. If, however, you are able to pass a cat5/6 cable or have a power outlet in the vicinity I recommend you to go for a POE or dc operated cam. You have 24x7 recording, ftp. better detection range, triggering not impacted by ambient temp, higher range against the max 9m provided by battery cam, able to update (battery cams are rarely updated and you need to ask support to add it to your profile), etc. So think well before purchasing.
@user_795098606113022_795098606113022 When you buy SD cards for cams ensure they are of high endurance. So SD became faulty and there is no way to read it other than using special software which may be able to read it. Try to use a recovery disk application. Do a search for 'recover files from sd card freeware' and install one on your PC and check if you are able to recover the files.
@giorginus80 It will definitely help but there might be reflections on the plate.
