@nickburt218 On each camera go to date & time under System and synchronise to your PC. I guess you don't block port 123 (NTP) on your BB router.
@nordo_776225435984080 Good to hear that. Enjoy.
@easypeasyfly Either free or forget it
@nickburt218 That's to avoid hardware video acceleration but yes it won't have any impact on your issue. From the taskman what's the CPU usage when you run Reolink client? And the other resources? Any update with one cam?Another scenario to test is to use the web browser. Log to each camera through the Webui and leave them for some hours and check the time.
@user_777824613310594_777824613310594 You may wish to ask the support for an update. Personally I won't go for a cloud service (too costly) but rather invest in an NVR and use ftp (either from cam or NVR) to transfer the recordings to another site as a backup. This is the mostly deployed setup.Cloud is only available to battery operated cams (including E1s) which cannot be controlled through the NVR and so apart from the SD the video can be stored in the cloud. There is no ftp functionality on the battery operated cams.Another recommendation for POE cams is to connect them through a POE switch so that you can control them directly apart from the NVR where there exists some limitations.
@supercow_771578229735595 What is your smartphone? You do not need to switch off WIFI at all. If you are at home, it will use WIFI but outside it shall use the mobile data unless you are allowed to log onto a WIFI network. In order to check whether the mobile operator allows you (and your firewall) I suggest you to connect your PC to your mobile smartphone. Then use Reolink Windows client and see if you are able to watch the doorbell. As for the ringing proposal, we have requested Reolink to implement a VOIP call as being done by their competitors........ or at least when the push notification is received, prompt the user with a pop up simulating ringing. They promised us to send to different tone for when the button is pressed but hitherto we don't have it.
@user_776589785108726_776589785108726 If you had an Android TV you could have installed Reolink Android client.
@nick_26792935116 Most of the implementations I have came across use the email address as the login/username on SMTP servers. Yes, it can be made differently and all it entails is some more coding. This is their decision and as I stated before, you may submit your request to Reolink support. I am a customer like you and supporting members wherever possible.
@nick_26792935116 You may submit your request to Reolink support as I don't think that the Reolink Dev team follows the community. The Login ID is the email address on most SMTP servers. To be more secured one has to follow the password policies for all logins.
@coded_767658540007646 In order to extend the scene mode to the cameras, you need to have direct access to the cameras from the Android client. To have this setup, you need to connect the cameras through a POE switch (if you have POE cams) and from here to the NVR and BB router.
@user_759718706508000_759718706508000 Yes, the KERUI-m52 works well with the Reolink doorbell. A number of members purchased it and paired it. Thanks.
@user_617472889946236_617472889946236 You are on the newest fw. I have the E1 OD Pro and it still sometimes doesn't return to the guard point position. This is an issue which Reolink have on the E1 OD cameras. In the E1 OD Pro they have reduced the occurrence since the camera starts to track if the object moves out of the FOV. In the old versions like the one you have, the camera tries to keep the object at the centre and so moves with the object. Thence more tracking movement and the issue crops more frequently. I have informed Reolink to disable tracking altogether until a solution is found. There are similar complaints at Reolink reddit community. They need to improve the gearing mechanism.
@user_776589785108726_776589785108726 Camera doesn't accept the credentials through https. You may submit your request to Reolink support. However, URLs including the credentials are cached and stored and anyone using you PC may get these credentials.
@nickburt_442836936192165 Can you do a test on a single camera? If it happens again then use VLC and enable RTSP. See if the time remains the same. If yes then there is an issue in the client.
@etlefevre75_488062589780131 Note that E1 OD rotates 355 degrees, Mine is smooth. The only issue I have with E1 OD Pro is the deviation of the monitor point. It drifts and I have to set it again manually. If the camera is under warrant ask for a replacement.

@mechanics200_57936638379 Failure means that a particular setting has failed. The issue is that the failed operation is not shown. They need to improve the scene mode by adding a status, more operations to set and a schedule. It is nuisance to have to check all the setting on each camera to see what hasn't been set or unset. We are awaiting for improvements on the scene mode.
@user_588567793635436_588567793635436 As you correctly stated pre-recording entails for the camera to be constantly recoding which is not the case for any Reolink battery operated cameras (it will drain the battery within a few hours). So if this is shown on the PC client then it must be a bug. I do not think that disabling it through the client has any impact on the camera. To know whether this is available set it to 30s from the PC client and exit the program. Run the client again and check if it retained the value you set, namely, 30s. Kindly take a snapshot and email Reolink support.Furthermore go to the Reolink Download Center and check if there is a newer firmware for your camera. If there is one then download it and apply it using the Windows Reolink client. From the Windows client you can either restore or reboot the camera as illustrated below. It is under Maintenance.
@t-maciek_382830390239374 That's the one included in the download center. I suggest you to submit your request to Reolink support.
@gerald-laganiere_70786400346274 The 64bit client is utilizing a substantial amount of CPU resources. In my case it is around 34% as illustrated below. Why you have 32 bit? Clients 8.10.X are all 64 bit . Previous clients like 8.8.5 are 32 bit. When you updated from 8.8.5 to 8.10.4, the client 8.8.5 is still under the Program Files.(x86). Go to Program uninstall and uninstall v8.8.5.
