@savino-iacobone_520818793263329 Ciao Savino, tu devi andara alla programma dove c'e' la schedina come illustrato qui sotto.
From the other PC or Camera, get the subnet mask (255.255.255.0) and the gateway (192.168.1.254) and add them to the IP config of this pc. Then ping the gateway with ping 192.168.1.254 or whatever is set in your router.Networking is simple.... complexity is when troubleshooting Telcos networks with lots of protocols.
@ebaruk_673045617504343 It should not be an issue as this is normally done at the switch level. The only issue is that the client won't work on a private network unless it is on the same subnet as the camera. Of course one can do source NAT and it will work. Reolink cams don't operate at layer 2.
If it is working on another PC then the camera and network are fine. So there is something in your other PC. Assign a private ip not yet taken up and add the gateway ip as the router gateway on your PC.
@user_793498378477704_793498378477704 Which NVR and which fw version. It should work. Before updating, uninstall previous versions. You had the 32 bit still on PC.Try to add them using their UID.
@savino-iacobone_520818793263329 Under record and push notification menus disable any motion or other. Base your detection on AI.

@user_800441585332355_800441585332355 I only use Android and Windows. However, there are lots of customers on Reddit Reolink who use IOS/MAC and they will definitely help you. Just subscribe and list your issue.
@ebaruk_673045617504343 I tried it on RLC-511WA and it did synchronize. Try to capture a Wireshark trace at the egress of the router.First I checked it from PC as illustrated below.C:\>w32tm /stripchart /computer:time1.google.com /dataonly /samples:5Tracking time1.google.com [216.239.35.0:123].Collecting 5 samples.The current time is 13/03/2024 11:27:11.11:27:11, +01.3657866s11:27:14, +01.3664224s11:27:16, +01.3666259s11:27:18, +01.3672233s11:27:20, +01.3593511s
@reolinkshayla The video is not visible. Please check.
@user_800728421712109_800728421712109 Which cameras? Does this happen occasionally? Did you check from the Reolink Download Center that you have the newest firmware? And the client?
@ene399x0985f_363537162903771 I don't use the cloud but ftp server and SD cards. Try to email support on support @ reolink . com (delete spaces) and ask for clarification.
@reocam_448003255267488 I suggest you to email support on support @ reolink . com (delete spaces as site restricts email addresses)
@user_800641113567366_800641113567366 You need to use the Windows client to enable the https port. If you shall be using RTSP/ONVIF you need to enable the respective ports.
@alessio-lorusso_385306560032996 Va bene. Di niente.
@artech Indeed. Not my philosophy.
@nathan-vre_586483852447796 check on Amazon for Bingfu 4G LTE Cellular Antenna Outdoor 5dBi SMA Male Antennas
@artech I already emailed them that it should not be based on push notification but rather on voip. Personally I wouldn't have released it. They told me that they are working to improve their method. Let's see.
Check that DHCP is enabled on the router. You may assign a static ip to the camera and PC and connect them to switch. Disconnect switch from router and check again.Is the camera POE?
We have been telling them to have at least the last two firmware but so far this has not been materialised. It's their decision. We are customers telling them how and where to improve.As for the switch, it should work as long as the camera and the client are on the same VLAN.
