@mag_773694080585884 As webOS operating system is unique and different then it is not possible to install Google play store or any 3rd party application. In simple terms you can only use what the supplier made available on the TV.Have a look at https://reolink.com/blog/view-stream-ip-cameras-on-tv/
@gcollier_69243955248 Can you ask support to give a reason why they are no longer supported?
@nickburt218 Did you check the time through the Android application when it shows a delay of 6s on the PC (you may use the Webui from same PC)? The display time is the one produced by camera. Is NTP enabled on cameras? Is port 123 allowed through your BB router?
@user_776589785108726_776589785108726 Thanks for the update. However we have asked for zooming using the mouse to be consistent when playing the video.
@tfmeier_180048410190002 As I stated. They are independent. Backup is a MUST have.
@user_779346621022398_779346621022398 Remove any motion and tag person in record and push/email notification. Increase a bit the smart sensitivity of person. We don't use any motion as it generates lots of false alerts. We are mostly concerned about persons and vehicles.
@nickburt218 Good. And you are running v8.8.5 right?
@user_779296754262228_779296754262228 Just click on restore and all the settings will be set to default with the exception of WIFI settings. I have the RLC-511WA and have no issue on which channel to connect to on 2.4G. Currently it is connected to 5G. Is this part of an ecosystem? I haven't seen this model anywhere on Reolink site.
@micciche-matteo I have never came across any Reolink document on ONVIF implementation. Only the API doc was released to the public. You may submit your request to Reolink support.
@user_779346621022398_779346621022398 Can you paste the screenshots from motion detection? Check these outhttps://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900002835163-How-to-Set-up-Smart-Person-Detection-Recording-only-via-Reolink-App/#:~:text=If%20you%20want%20the%20camera,you%20want%20for%20person%20detectionhttps://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900002839763-How-to-Set-up-Smart-Person-Detection-only-via-Reolink-POE-NVR-System/
@nickburt218 Are the PCs connected to the same network as the cameras? If this was lagging from the camera then it would have certainly remained unchanged. So it seems some video delay on your system. When you see the delay, can you use your Android/IoS application to see the time on the camera?
@tfmeier_180048410190002 For FTP you don't need to have recording on SD.
@nickburt218 it seems that the time lagging is somehow caused by the 64bit client. What's the CPU usage when using 8.8.5?
@user_779296754262228_779296754262228 you need to save it after setting the IP manually. Ensure that the IP is not used by another device and that you need to exclude this IP from the DHCP. If not it can be assigned to another device. When in network select your WIFI SSID. You shall be prompted for the password. How do you know if WIFI is working? Simply unplug lab cable and access camera.
@nickburt218 It seems that an Indian using Airtel ISP was sending non sense messages. He has been blocked.
@mag_773694080585884 Are you able to install the Android client on your Android TV (at least should have Android 5)?
@nickburt218 Give another 2 to 3 hours and see if there will be any time lagging. Then do your scenario.
@nickburt218 Good. Thanks. I haven't seen other members with similar complaints on the latest version.
@slewington1986_533910092869762 It uses 433MHz RF to communicate with the chime. Follow the procedure outlined in the link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/11613761961241-How-to-Set-up-Reolink-Chime/?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI5OPj9-bUgwMVL5GDBx3QcwyIEAAYASAAEgIdFPD_BwE
@tfmeier_180048410190002 I suggest you to save videos to both the SD and the ftp. At anytime you can use Reolink clients to playback recorded videos. On the ftp server you need a third party application to watch and it is cumbersome to go through. Other option is to have sd (event triggered recordings) and an NVR/HA (24×7 recording).
