@pat_755549868699859 Kindly submit your requests to Reolink support on https://support.reolink.com/requests/ I wholly agree with your proposals which we have already requested. But do email them so that they know what we are after.
@bojan_341047114871001 Thanks to provide feedback. This is what I tell members. Submit your requests to support and they will definitely help. They normally reply within 24 hours. I even get replies during weekend. That fw was released on 18th July.
@robmcd_733865489891535 Check out this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006859874-Unable-to-Receive-Push-Notification-from-Reolink-Battery-Powered-Cameras/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw-pyqBhDmARIsAKd9XIPV1oMoQDhBNgmdmCwdkCLvgrYPxDDgVCrP_51pi7yXoo0HAY_4-1gaAm54EALw_wcBIf it fails then restore camera through the application. The WIFI settings will not be lost when you restore the doorbell.
@hinerakatauri_751665281798342 Good that you forward them to support. We constantly forward them suggestions and improvements but finally it is their decision of what to prioritise and implement. I always tell them that some of your competitors are way beyond on a number of features and you need to act faster to close the gap. We already suggested most of your ideas and much more. Thanks.

@drealine_329342379503810 Firmware of RLC-823A has been removed from the Download center. This means that it was buggy. Let them test it and then ask for it.
@orimate_657831774662751 From their website, it is clear that the RLC-510WA has just person and vehicle detection (https://reolink.com/product/rlc-510wa/?gclid=CjwKCAjw15eqBhBZEiwAbDomEtfS_wRFq3B_d4Zu6Nxpg_JOZvKOm60eZxiIaSi7Fa4iOiAvp3Gi5hoCgc8QAvD_BwE) So the RLX-410W you received were loaded with a beta firmware which included the pet detection. I suggest you to email Reolink.
@cateyenvr_93875403600038 Better to send an email.

@yzjeff_445932803580135 Je ne sais pas quoi dire. Je suis passé à la v8.12.1 en raison d'une barre d'icônes manquante.
@doug_752101354516718 Uh we have been asking this for quite some time. We asked for status, schedule and more settings on the Scene Mode. This is on the application and doesn't entail any changes in the firmware. At least on Android and IoS. Hope we see this implemented.
@nourdin-ikke_283965697560810 Not yet. I am still awaiting a fix from support. It should be easy to fix...........
@gprob_727877509505248 I would untag any motion from recording/email/push notification and allow AI detection. See my reply to another member at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6980/recording-radius-distance?post_id=26594&_=1699101310753
@orimate_657831774662751 According to the download center (https://reolink.com/ca/download-center/?gclid=CjwKCAjw15eqBhBZEiwAbDomEviJii9_7YDFM6GBC9cCK2gPj1yveA6N-G6bxPhS-u8pY63veEEzOhoCG-oQAvD_BwE) the stable firmware is v3.1.0.951_22041567 and this includes AI. You have two options, either to email Reolink support or download the firmware from the Reolink Donwload Center and use the client to update it. Being an engineer I would opt for the first but if you don't want to risk then ask for Reolink assistance.Note that there is a site running by third party which archives the firmware of Reolink units. https://[censored]/AT0myks/reolink-fw-archive

@kevin_603403140067368 Submit the details here https://support.reolink.com/requests/
@input_343270296944801 This is old. There are newer firmware as can be seen in the unofficial site at https://[censored]/AT0myks/reolink-fw-archiveTo ensure you have the newest official firmware email Reolink support.
@user_754824399286440_754824399286440 Reolink is more oriented to cameras than IoT.
@corky_737880191164642 You need to get to each camera to see if it is enabled/disabled. Too cumbersome. We have requested to have status, additional settings and schedule added to the scene features. A few months ago the community Reolink Administrator asked us in a survey what we need to have in the scene feature.Check this out https://community.reolink.com/topic/6233/survey-on-reolink-app-scene-mode?post_id=23852&_=1699003230343
