@user_736098558853348_736098558853348 You didn't tell that you have the NVR too. You need to delete it from all entities. Seems something happened when iy has been connected to the NVR. Was there any iphrade on either NVR or Trackmix? suggest you to email Reolink support do that they will investigate sbd correct the problem. Thanks for the update.

@dgordon42_415060065599711 Noted. As a customer I am running v8.12.1 and have no issues. However, I lately upgraded to the beta v.8.13.0 but had to restore v8.12.1 as I encountered some issues. Will await until this there is a new version.Always keep a backup of the previous client just in case you want to revert to an older version.

@acanicio_729093081293029 There seems to be an issue in the video driver. I have two DUO 2 and the clear stream is set as follows and have no issue with v8.12.1.
@ergomanservices_704492722979564 You need webhook or a simple http request or matter but none of these are available on Reolink cameras. So what can you do? You can enable email on detection with the email address being the Pushover account and then instructs pushover to send notifications. You can also enable ftp and when the file is received then you can write an application to send a notification.
