@user_745241262715024_745241262715024 No need of any plug in on any of the browsers. Both the E1 Zoom and E1 Zoom AI have an ethernet port. Opt for the E1 Zoom AI.
@user_745241262715024_745241262715024 Go to the specs at https://m.reolink.com/product/e1-zoom/#specifications and under protocol you should see http/https. And there is an ethernet port too.
@user_744890082836685_744890082836685 check wifi and mobile reception? Does this happen when smartphone is connected to same WiFi as the cameras?
@marco-moormann_488121274335458 you need to install directx redist(June 2010).
@user_738318766813340_738318766813340 It seems to be a connectivity issue. Try to use WiFi on your smartphone and see if the connectivity drops? And when using mobile data ensure you are on 4G.
@walberjunior_712591446712769 kindly submit your request to support.
@sbonsignore7_403926794920151 Kindly submit your request to https://support.reolink.com/requests/
@reocam_448003255267488 Check playstore.
@jacklambert I don't know what to say. I am a customer like you and every 3 months I emailed them for any new fw version for my models.
@ss4sgoku_239593250332868 Poor customers
@jumpjet101_385162244305070 You may read my comments at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6482/is-there-a-data-limit-with-the-reolink-app?post_id=24975&_=1696507889433 and https://community.reolink.com/topic/6643/windows-client-takes-too-long-to-connect?post_id=25627&_=1696507889439 respectively and other articles by searching for P2P.
@brian-nielsen_442682315796643 Please email support about your request. The more requests they have the higher the probability of being implemented.
@jacklambert Did you take it up with support?
@frank-zadi_415800633815284 Is there any reason why you need a dome? The most important is that the camera has the FOV( Field of View) which covers all the interested area, be able to record 24x7 and have a very good resolution to be able to recognise the person. Avoid battery powered cams.Check here https://store.reolink.com/security-camera-systems/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwmvSoBhDOARIsAK6aV7g2LV1fhzdn7QUMyAtvtYwCa4A5yLQ9JVAqzRqajP22bOO63C0FUr4aAhLjEALw_wcBOn Reddit there is a member who has added the specs for each Reolink camera and you can use it to select the most suitable for your requirements. @user_743987364598005_743987364598005 The download center is not up to date and I suggest you that every quarter you email support to check if there is a new fw. The auto upgrade is not yet deployed on most of the cameras.
@dreamcatcher_722781639573749 I missed this request as I was extremely busy with an IMS project. If the cameras are connected directly to the NVR then you need to upgrade them through the NVR. My preference is to have a POE managed switch in between so that I am able to connect directly to the camera through Win/Mac/Android/IoS client. Should something happen to the NVR I am able to connect to the cameras and there is the option to store the video onto a local SD or ftp the video to an ftp server. Upgrading the camera directly using the PC client is really easy. And the automatic upgrade hasn't been deployed on most cameras and subsequently you need to check with support if there is a newer fw for both the cameras and the NVR. Their download site is not frequently updated and so I suggest you that every 3 months you email support to check for newer firmware. This is what I do.But at the end you are more than satisfied as you were able to upgrade it on your own despite you spent more hours.........but you learnt. This is how we learn and improve ourselves :).
@bardolino_743962125508766 When you check out there is a 'Have a coupon code' entry as illustrated below. Ensure that you get it shipped from Germany which is in the EU too.
@james-jenner_683177101791235 Swapping the SIMs won't do any harm at all expect changing the APN name if she is on different plan/operator.
@david_555009652912431 In actual fact that's what I have requested. So I kindly ask you to submit your request on https://support.reolink.com/requests/ The more requests they have the higher the probability of being implemented.
@jumpjet101_385162244305070 And this is the case when the PC is not on the same network as the camera, right?
