They need to listen more to us, the customers, and implement what the customers want, of course. assuming it's a great suggestion. This is all software and can be easily implemented. I know because I am a developer too.

@railfan-arizona_485965826351268 Definitely. Would you be able to capture a wireshark trace on the client side and forward it to Reolink Support? This will help them identify the issue. I only have 8 cameras and maybe issue crops up when there are more cameras.
@south-gene-reo_510645004251348 I am on v8.12.1 and when I run the client on Win 10 the WIFI cameras connect immediately. From the trace I see that the it took 0.36s to connect to E1 OD Pro while in case of the TrackMix WIFI it took 0.38s.

@derek-breydin_696784043594396 It might be that the CPU is getting overheated and shuts down. Just for testing. Do you have A/C? Can you put the doorbell in a cooled area?
