@koach_401182455079094 It seems to be a known issue and shall be solved in the next upgrade.
@user_728057623986395_728057623986395 Both are applications, one refers to Reolink PC Client application (Reolink Client) and the other to Reolink Smartphone Client application (Reolink appl).In computing terms the difference between application and client is that application is a computer program or the set of software that the end user perceives as a single entity as a tool for a well-defined purpose (also called: application program; application software) while client is the role of a computer application or system that requests and/or consumes the services provided by another having the role of server.
@chengteo123_695830319439873 Have a look at https://reolink.com/blog/connect-raspberry-pi-to-ip-cameras/
@user_720596590145789_720596590145789 This is coming in the scene mode feature. Reolink shall be adding a scheduler to the scene mode. We have been asking for quite some time.
@matt-bruman_695767958503581 Use this link https://home-cdn.reolink.us/files/client/electron-release/reolink_setup_8.11.0.exeI suggest you to email support. I don't have the fish eye and so I can't help you.
@user_727607713124599_727607713124599 Take note of the UID from the info menu. Connect a cat5/6 cable between your camera and the BB router. Now setup a hotspot on your smartphone and get the ssid and password. Now from the camera select the hotspot. Now switch off hotspot and add the camera using the UID you got from the info menu. If you are able to add it and watch live view then your communication is through the LAN port. E1 OD despite it is WIFI cam, it can be connected via the LAN port. Note that the camera will always try to connect to the last connected SSID.
@geebis4u_499635534987429 Follow this article https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020644034-How-to-Add-Reolink-Cameras-to-Google-Home/
@rbarber_466842196316292 If they are connected to the NVR then the only way to do that is to change the channel of the cameras to match your order. Then from the client you shall see them in that order.
@grga-komadina_356799291056358 I have seen another customer complaining on the same issue. Which client are you running?Can you do the following?Take note of the UID for both the local and remote cameras. Delete both cameras from the client and disable 'Auto device adding' from the client main menu. Close the client. Re-run it and add the cameras using the UID. Close client and run it again.
@user_639868941582417_639868941582417 Try to untag 'Any motion' in recording and base your detections on person and vehicle. As for the noisy fans, I have read comments written by customers who replaced them with more silent fans from Amazon. If the ambient temperature gets higher the processor temp may increase and may impact its operation. So keep monitoring.
@bob You need to access the Webui through a browser......... then click upper right wheel icon and go to Networks and click on HTTPS as illustrated below. If TLS is involved irrespective if local or external network, the server validates that the self-signed certificate came from the client who self-signed the certificate in mutual TLS (using the public key contained in the certificate) and the client attempts to verify the server's certificate too. If you are local try to remove TLS.Kindly note that I am a customer like you and I am here to provide support wherever possible based on my engineering skills and software development.
@blf See my reply at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6382/live-view-starts-with-low-resolution?post_id=24487&_=1692346743392
@bob Did you try to import your certificate?
@blamaz_553204517843116 They should ping the default gateway if there is no other scope we are not aware of.
@renaud-hx_437082136477858 You're welcome.
@boss06518_449790654218427 you're welcome.
@haleyeah64_520713375768739 Please submit your suggestion to Reolink support https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/
@boss06518_449790654218427 Just have a search for '12V 4A with 2 way splitter' and you will find at Amazon.
@user_726158772113569_726158772113569 Unfortunately this is how it works on this version. I recall a version which led me to the recorded clip. I have reported to support but didn't get any feedback on when this shall be implemented. I have also requested that when playback is selected, it should take us to the last recorded clip and not to 00:00.Please submit a request to Reolink support.
@renaud-hx_437082136477858 Buon apre-midi. I change to French as I have forgotten most of the words. Your NVR is rather old and the doorbell poe is compatible with the NVR listed in this article https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/12703727549721-FAQs-Video-Doorbell-PoE/#:~:text=Does%20Reolink%20Video%20Doorbell%20PoE,system%20information%20of%20the%20NVR.Other than not detecting the doorbell button when pressed, it will not support the two way audio and AI person detection. So what other solution you have? Well you need a POE injector or a POE switch which shall allow you to have the doorbell connected to the BB router and you can access it directly with your Android/IoS smartphone. In this setup you shall have access to all features. Note that you can still record to the NVR.
