@dgordon42_415060065599711 Hi Gordon, I am a customer like you and I do help members based on my engineering and software skills. I have already emailed senior support asking them to increase resources in development and testing. Testing should be done on the whole application and not what had been developed or changed. It has to go through the whole ATP (Test list) for ALL the functions. The application is not that complicated. This is not a Mobile Switching Center with all the interfaced entities. Suffice to say that it took me over a year to test an MSC and migrate all the MSISDNs. But the testing period really paid off as the result was 'Zero Issues'. I have developed a lot of applications and I did include debugging feature whereby the customer enables it and logs all the events. So it will be easy for me to know what went wrong. Well, I suggest and then it's up to them to see what to implement. I just say it once.

@kristof Correct but only on live clear mode. Not yet available on Playback at least on my Trackmix and Argus 3 Ultra. And on Trackmix it is only available on the Telephoto view. Still need more work to cater for all objects and AI cameras. But they are on it and so we shall see it fully implemented in the near future. Well done guys.

@mark_628588886466591 Reset camera and start again. You need to setup the WIFI again. Ensure there is a 5G Hz strong signal at the canera location.

@ergomanservices_704492722979564 I would connect all to the RLN36 and use the external alarm to trigger your security system. Once again ensure that what is provided from the RLN36 is compatible with the input of your security system. So get the specs of the triggering method on your security system and ask Reolink support if this is compatible with the RLN36. Ensure yourself that the RLN36 fits your purpose.Unfortunately the methods (IFTTT to external devices, MQTT, Matter, HTTP request, etc) I mentioned are not yet available on Reolink units.
@reolinkshayla I still have the Argus 2 and they are still working without any issue. From 1080p to 12MP in just 5 years. Who knows where we will be in 5 years time!!

@ergomanservices_704492722979564 Depends on the features available on the security system you have? RLN16 (NVR) has no external I/P and O/P triggers. These are only available on the RLN36. Check methods of interfacing on your security system.

@sam-de-andrade_521565391970471 Currently the cloud service provided by Reolink doesn't allow scheduled recording for person/vehicle/pet/any motion. So each time it is triggered (even outside configured schedule) it will be forwarded to the cloud)I have seen other members requesting this feature.
