@lobotomist Email Reolink support quoting your hw and sw version. Should answer within 24 hours. Ask for description of the features added or enhanced. They shall attach you the most recent stable firmware. Should be a pak file.
@user_677811280715991_677811280715991 Reolink GO models are 4G cameras which operate on 4G-LTE and 3G (HSPA) radio access networks. They don't support WIFI connectivity. Maybe you want to say 5G mobile. Depends on how your mobile operator has rolled out 5G which can be either in NSA (Non-StandAlone) or SA (StandAlone) mode. In case of SA then the architecture (control and user plane on both RAN and Packet Core... no more MME, SGW, PGW but new entities like AUF, AMF, SMF...) is wholly new and so the cameras have to be equipped with a new mobile 5G module. However, in case of the NSA which is designed to be deployed on top of the existing 4G LTE network architecture, you should still be able to operate the camera but won't take any advantage of the speed offered by 5G. On IMSI attach, the mobile will not provide any 5G capability and so it will operate at 4G. However, operators can cheat customers by switching a flag on their RAN and the smartphone will show 5G even though they don't have 5G :). 5G NSA is a stepping-stone to a true 5G. Today a high percentage of mobile operators implement NSA but new entrants can start directly building a cloud native network where both the 5G RAN and the 5G Packet Core are virtualised. Today we have VOLTE where calls can be VOIP and so the circuit switch MSC/MGW is no longer required. Nice to work in this field :).
@johnny2064_368119747915946 Please check whether main stream is encoded with H.265 :). I guess even the battery operated TrackMix uses H.265 in its main stream.
@timothy_373498679251097 If the NVR detects the esata drive then it is considered as one volume (internal plus external). Go to Storage and check it out. Note that the interface is esata and not esata-p so you have to provide power to the HDD.
@kushan-fernando_464713498923236 Nice to hear that. I am a customer like you :). Maybe you can assist the support by sending them an email with all the details. Maybe they are using on older MS visual C++ distribution library.
@jensen_513771925995715 Email Reolink support and include your hw and fw versions. They shall forward you the latest firmware. The last firmware I came across for the doorbell poe is v3.0.0.2017_23041202. I ftp the files to a server running Cerberus and have no issue.
@user_j Indeed. There were a number of requests asking scheduling for the scene mode. Hopefully one day we will see it.
@user_j Did you have a look at the scenes mode? It's not what you have requested but may help you to use when at home or away.

@zs-balak_654298840626344 Try to install the 8.10.2 beta from https://bit.ly/41LhWCh
@paskulli_347804067807486 Kindly email support and quote your hw and sw version.
@aaron_51823470306 This is readily available on the independent floodlight with light duration extended to 10 min. It will be nice if added to the integrated one.
@jaytang It seems that there is a light source which is toggling between day and night modes. If the camera is reachable, can you take it inside a room and check it out for a night? What was the outcome after adjusting the black & while and color switching threshold?

@user_688907860435163_688907860435163 You just have to set the setting on the NVR as illustrated at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007521113-How-to-Set-up-Motion-Detection-Recording-via-Reolink-PoE-NVR-/#:~:text=Log%20in%20to%20your%20Reolink,Apply%20to%20save%20the%20settings.Which camera models and NVR you have purchased?
@tino_688462980841727 Ha ha ............. of course it should work. Anything else............ Networking, Mobile (cct and packet), IMS,SIP, Volte, Softswitch Telephony, vPBX, C++ programming ......
@kushan-fernando_464713498923236 Are you running win 11? I suggest you to uninstall the Reolink client and download and install the beta 8.10.2 at https://bit.ly/41LhWChThis belongs to Reolink and it is safe to download. I think there is an issue when the program tries to copy a buffer to another area. If you are familiar with C++ this is the memcpy command. This is the first time I saw this exception error being thrown when running Reolink.
@robert-hammond_315369854550200 Uh the Windows....... I just checked it out and I have no such issue. Full view is conserved.
@toyroegeot_276286527742160 You need a WIF antenna extension cable. Do a search for WiFi Antenna EXTENSION Cable/Lead Wireless RP SMA 2m.
@robert-hammond_315369854550200 I can't reproduce your scenario. Note that the full screen icon is missing from this beta version. What do you mean by full screen? Clicking on the arrow near camera 4?
