@albator_681579469856921 I checked with my friends and they got the same error code. Therefore you are not receiving any push message notification when camera is triggered and you have the push notification enabled. Seems a global issue.Thanks a lot for confirming.
Is anyone encountering issues with Push Message Notification on Android? Whenever I do the test I get error 19. All I got is unknown error without any indication of what is causing the error. I cannot trace on the WAN as I am not on-site.And this is appearing on all cameras and in two different locations and on different smartphones.This started today at 15:45 CET.
@nadim-janjua1_649562807776420 I didn't proceed with the order but saw its availability on that EU site. You're out of EU and so try to rejoin....joking.
@jeffoz1_681023761215650 There is no way to delete specific files on the SD from the client. All you can do from the client is to format the SD and so you will delete all the files (even if you do format it can be read by third party application provided the files are not overwritten). To delete specific files you need to extract the SD and insert it in the SD port of the PC.

@tom_649276670137414 They should add geofencing to the scene mode which should automatically alarm/disalarm the cameras once you exit/enter the house.
@hashesolution_649263135941695 Not the appropriate place to put the advert. But if you have a vacancy I can apply as a consultant.
@aferraro_207969595023603 I guess that PIR scheduling is applicable only for battery operated cams without smart detection.
@ryanoverholtzer_356153850994850 I wish to see this feature too implemented. Yeah they work pretty well on Ring and Wyze.
@user_672328048623701_672328048623701 Good to hear that.
Virgin Media VM routers till HUB 5 don't support POE on their Ethernet port (most home BB routers eg Sagemcom, Thompson, etc don't support POE) and so you need to purchase a POE switch (if the camera is POE) or a POE injector if the camera doesn't support POE but have an Ethernet port (data) and power port. Ensure that the POE injector/switch can support both the 802.3at and 802.3af in active mode as Reolink have some models which support one mode and not the other. Moreover check that the power output of the POE injector/switch meets the power requirements of the camera. Which E1 model you have purchased? I have the E1 OD and this doesn't support POE. Data and power are distinct and so here you need a POE injector. Note that the voltage is at 12V and it consumes around 1A at max load.....so you need 12W as the power output of the injector. Reolink have a range of camera models you can choose from. Ensure that you know well your requirements and try to find the model which suits you most. Battery operated cams are flexible and useful where there is no power outlets in the vicinity. But they have their downfalls too. They cannot record continuously and lack the pre-recording (say 15s) before the camera is triggered. So if the object passes the FOV quickly then you might miss the object. And yes battery operated cams don't support FTP/S but can store the video on to the internal SD or the cloud. I still cannot understand why they can store it to the cloud and not to an FTP server. Anyhow it's their strategy and design.
@chitdave_638514715078792 distinct functionalities. Check Argus 3 Pro before buying Lumus.
@robertklep_679384755609789 Email support and they will assist you.
@vigy_591093180735512 Push message notification only works on Android(FCM) and Ios (APNS).
@br0kk_364437421093061 if they won't upgrade then click on manual update. Take note of the current firmware.
@villasecurity Unfortunately the siren will go off once the recording will end and this is not what you are after. So in addition to the camera system you need a burglar alarm system which shall have the siren sounding for an average period of 20 min and then it goes off. Normally a flashing light keeps going after the siren has been cut off. Some countries have restriction on the max cut-off time. Another option would be to use the Reolink Floodlight. If your camera can be linked to the floodlight then you can trigger the floodlight and its siren for a max of 10 min. I never tested this. Happy Easter! I hope you're surrounded by sunshine, flowers, chocolate, and family on this happy day. And with a peace of mind of being well guarded by Reolink.
@fugu31_677721121648810 Well said. Today the hardware is what is it and the functionalities mostly come from the software. And in software there is never a conclusion but depends on one's creativity.
@ff_478060152914139 This is available in Reolink download center at https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/
@wg_321310122061999 if you have the floodlight as part of the installation you can link it to the video doorbell and when it detects a person you can switch on the floodlight and its siren.Follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/10905147744025
