@user_623346741346376_623346741346376 Try to add a 1sec delay and check again. This should mitigate the false triggering.
@user_617650665832448_617650665832448 If the 5G is reachable at both cameras, then set them to 5G. You have ample bandwidth.
@user_594027275649135_594027275649135 When you stated that you want to watch camera remotely from another computer, is this computer on the same network or behind a FW? Can this computer be connected to the same network on which the cameras are connected and try to add them? I never had any issue to add cameras on PCs and smartphones.
@reolink-fiona Kindly replace the client stored in your google drive with 4.34.0.5 which is the one available on google play. Yours read 4.34.0.1.
@reolink-fiona I did see lots of improvement and have tested most of them. Thanks for sharing. Good Job. Please let us know if there are new firmware to test out.
@user_632052255064148_632052255064148 Go to Reolink website and click on the Specs of the product which interests you. Look for Protocols and standards as illustrated below for RLC-842A.
@user_617650665832448_617650665832448 This is normal with battery operated cams to save power. As soon as you move to view another cam the connection with the battery operated cam will be closed. In Windows client version 8.10 which I am running, they removed the option to leave the battery operated camera connected. I saw it in previous versions but never set it.Prior to adding second camera, you were always connected to the Argus camera.
@colew264_486774142107860 Which model please? How did you conclude that the solar stopped charging? Could it be the battery. Did you try to charge the cam using the power adapter? Did the battery charge remained at 25%?
@cafer13_408421707092101 I had no issue in push notification whenever I did the upgrade.
@user_632052255064148_632052255064148 HTTP and HTTPS not supported.
@reolink-fiona I mean in the basic plan. Just for doorbell only.
@big_ted Then you must have the battery operated model and subsequently you need to liaise with support so that they will upgrade it for you. They cannot put it on the download server as it will impact others.
@big_ted I do have the TrackMix WIFI model and have upgraded the firmware through the Windows client. I found some issues during testing and were resolved.
@andrius_222667781669037 Try to email support. Maybe they have a firmware to sort it out.
@crash_621478004826165 Power requirements for DUO 2 is DC 12V 2A. Have you checked that you have the most updated firmware on both the NVR and cameras? If you still unable to set the detection zones through the NVR then email support. They should get back within two working days.
@reocam_448003255267488 Kindly report it to the support so that they will fix it. Can you perhaps go back to the previous Android version of the client and repeat the scenario?
Has anyone encountered any low voice issues at the doorbell side when speaking from an Android smartphone running client 4.34.0.5? This issue doesn't appear on Windows client. To: Fiona. Can you let us know when it shall be possible to add the doorbell to the cloud?
@jjnakos50_34591702659274 Maybe you chose to reset the configuration after the completion of the upgrade and therefore you need to enter a new password.
@user_631952865763449_631952865763449 Definitely that you need credentials to log onto cameras connected to the Internet otherwise anyone knowing your UID can get access.
@afissgt_168957704896677 Did you try to separate the 2.4G and 5G SSID as T-mobile tends to combine them?
