@nomahisssss_477125106348271 Maybe this will come with rich message notification.
@user_594027275649135_594027275649135 You should add them through UID. Ensure you have Internet connectivity and there is no firewall in 2nd pc.
@user_631311320047725_631311320047725 Newest stable Windows Reolink client is 8.8.2 which you can download from the 'download center'. Soon there will be the release of 8.10 which is in beta version.
@nancybiglou_599258431316120 Just install Reolink Junction box and place all cables in it. Go to Reolink site and have a look.Check here for Junction Box B10 https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025524954-How-to-Install-a-Reolink-Camera-with-Junction-Box?gclid=Cj0KCQiA4OybBhCzARIsAIcfn9n2MZpoDfFowtSDDz9l0xHoTXAIYGT_ekbVwZ9dgUH59kSFuh-_6EcaAmNpEALw_wcB
@mdunning_323765759099098 this has now been fixed in 4.34.0.5.
@big_ted Yes I got it too but in terms of communication establishment it is merely the same. Will do more checks. They added floodlights but we have no idea of what has been fixed so we test rigorously
@user_630330491916334_630330491916334 Try to add the cameras using the UID. Which model do you have?
@user_590515766046823_590515766046823 Extremely impressive. Thanks for sharing.
@user_601576255787020_601576255787020 Depends on which camera. Some cameras allow you to add users and you can give her/him the credentials. Such users are not able to change any settings unlike admin who has full control.
@outside_420763222073523 What did they upgrade? Please restore one of the camera and check again.
@crimp-on_62210811129 Thanks for the info. That's different version and should be fine. I am liaising with support to sort it out.
@tomcox_366771517730960 You should launch the Android application and in the device page (where there are the menus Camera Cloud and IoT) click on the + sign at the right top corner and follow the instructions therein.
@crimp-on_62210811129 Can you let me know what is your build number and the HW version of your Argus 3 Pro? Mine is on build 22080101 and I have encountered an issue when there is a mains power failure. When power is restored and the BB is back in service the Argus 3 Pro is unreachable. Moreover I have to trigger the camera at least 2 to 3 times so as to update the P2P servers. For the first 2 triggers I don't receive the push message notification. Have you ever tested this scenario?
@reolink-fiona Did some more tests and found some issues with ftp for large files and that the WIFI icon of the WIFI TrackMix is missing too. Will do more tests later on as I am super busy. Support notified about these issues.
@sara-lou You can use a poe injector/active POE splitter adapter.
@big_ted I never had any issue with HW decoding both on my notebooks and Android smartphones. I did some testing and seems stable. However, I need more time to test more functions. They still need to be consistency throughout the applications. This is really easy to fix.........just change text in the code. Moreover they need to augment file transfer rate for the FTP........1.28Mbps is too low for files exceeding 80M. Fiona please take note.
@reolink-fiona I will test it out. In Google play I saw a reply from Reolink stating that android version 4.34.0.4 is out. Can you make this available to us? Thanks.
@al_619525227560965 There are not so many changes to forward to the client. Try to check the bit rate during the day. For the night time I think that's a good resolution. Can you let us know which camera you are using? I have no issue to view my Reolink cameras from both my 4G and 5G smartphones. If there is an issue on the mobile packet core I would certainly fix it :). Please remember that from the camera side what is important is the upload speed and from the mobile side the download speed. As an example a 5MP camera may require a throughput between 12 and 15Mbps.
@reolink-fiona After 16X Reolink go to 32X.............and of course customers are NEVER satisfied and want MORE and ALL :).
