@wink06_538276622565597 Which model? So the camera is no longer detecting anything?
@jimbrown-net Is this IoS? Since on Android I am still on 4.45.0.3 and didn't see anyone on Reddit and Facebook to have it.
@user_827204582781136_827204582781136 Which model?
@user_830274034876595_830274034876595 I suggest you to submit your request to the support on support(@)reolink(.)com.
@williamjjames65_518880897646817 Client uses old DirectX dlls. So now you have client working on both OS. Note that if you use the client from an external network, viewing is always defaulted to fluent and you have to change it to clear. This is due to the P2P Relay server bandwidth offered by 3rd parties (Azure/AWS) and this is not infinite and free.
@ourreolink_821905382830237 Unfortunately the FOV (esp the vertical) is being reduced. I just got the RLC-811WA since the RLC-511WA broke out and the vertical view has been reduced by 10 degrees. It makes a lot of difference.
@user_827204582781136_827204582781136 That's what I do too. I disable 'others' and allow detection to be based on AI.
@ritheenhep_302593081376995 You're welcome.
@ml_812798949916887 With 10Mbps you just make it. Put your smartphone SIM in the camera and add the apn and check it out.
@williamjjames65_518880897646817 Viewing H.265 streams is handled by the client. Uninstall all old Reolink clients and re-install. If you get the same issue, try to install Redist DirectX.
@user_829660786163951_829660786163951 This means that there is no firmware update. Submit your request to support on support(@)reolink(.)com.
@ritheenhep_302593081376995 Detection is based on PIR and the max range (at max sensitivity) is around 10m (33feet). Thereafter it will use the AI to determine the object in the FOV. So when you are in live mode, it will use the AI algorithm to determine if there is any of the AI objects in the FOV. If you want a longer range then the detection should be based on pixel changes and this is available on cameras which are dc powered or POE. Such cameras are constantly recording and if object is detected you have a 10s pre-recording.
@user_829841447919777_829841447919777 From the Windows Reolink client, go to Networks\Advanced\Server Settings and enable the RTSP port 554.
@terry-s_383670960390386 So far this cannot be done. Submit your request to support on support(@)reolink(.)com.
@user_645934092533771_645934092533771 Email support on support(@)reolink(.)com

@reolink-daisy All that is needed is a nano SIM with either data only or data/Voice and having access to the Internet. Some M2M SIMs restrict Internet Access.
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 Check my comments in https://community.reolink.com/topic/6348/about-reolink-video-doorbell-poe-extra-chime?post_id=24325&_=1717160326137
@henninglassen_459990516420828 You need to take it up with support on support(@)reolink(.)com. I don't have that NVR in my setup.
@user_653336829771814_653336829771814 Do you have the same issue to access to camera if your smartphone is connected to the same WIFI network? Did you check whether there is any interference/congestion on the selected WIFI channel? You can check this by installing WIFI analysis application from Play store and go near the camera and check. Did you email support?
