@sebi53990_517790820438197 Is it due to 4G coverage? If 3G (HSPA+ only....as HSPA doesn't provide the required upload speed) is more strong then you may ask support to provide you with a firmware which shall lock to 3G. I know that they did it to a customer.
@user_812059413459103_812059413459103 You're welcome. It's the Argus 3 Ultra which is WIFI 6.
@kimchigun I have no experience with this camera. It's FOV is 125 degrees which covers a larger area. I don't know what you are after.
@coconutdog_101409440162028 Was it during the night? Is the sensitivity set correctly?
@user_812059413459103_812059413459103 From the specs which can be found at https://reolink.com/product/argus-3-pro/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw2uiwBhCXARIsACMvIU2Be-z0Xz_m8EOP-689TG2ieXLarLy3oS6wcxBLf6YRhVP3VFbSRUIaAjbSEALw_wcB#specifications
IEEE 802.11a/b/g/nit is clear that this doesn't support WIFI 6 ( IEEE 802.11ax).
@barry-thomas_801231966736556 I think cat5. However, you may email support on support(@) reolink(dot)com
@barry-thomas_801231966736556 if bought from Reolink I think it is cat 5.
@lastt2_792764728987846 I had no issue with push notification. All cameras which were triggered did send the alert and I received the push notification. Any specific time window?So the camera sends the alert to pusx.reolink.com (Message application server). From the UID, the application gets the FCM token and push the message to Google FCM. From the token, the FCM application gets the IP of your smartphone and pushes the notification to your smartphone. Could be that Reolink was performing some maintenance on their push application server in a particular region. I did encounter this and support confirmed that they did some maintenance. I asked them to leave message in the website way before the actual date and broadcast it in community, Reddit and facebook.
@user_811736275218677_811736275218677 We have asked Reolink to provide this and status for the widget feature.
@rob-bacon_109652065468548 Unfortunately no. Some customers use pushover to have rich notification by sending the email to the pushover server.
@user_811568924922088_811568924922088 Check that you are running the latest firmware (from Reolink Download Center) and Android client (4.44.2.0).
@user_667927674433573_667927674433573 Thanks for the update.
@davis-fields-solutions_679869296275701 submit your request to Reolink support.
@bernard-prenkaj_451534586732779 Then keep it. I saw a number of customers complaining about the same issue some time ago. Can you email support?There seems to be an issue when the files exceed 2GB. Seems the application close the session for an unknown reason.Which cameras do you have? And your PC running the client is connected to the same subnet as the cameras?
@bernard-prenkaj_451534586732779 Clients 8.1X.Y are 64bits. Previous versions were 32bit. If you download them individually, do you encounter the same problem?I would contact Reolink support on support @ Reolink . com (delete spaces).
@crimp-on_62210811129 If he has an NVR then he can store the time lapse video in the USB connected to the NVR as illustrated in the link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/25596953855641-How-to-Set-up-Time-Lapse-via-Reolink-NVRs/Moreover, as you recommended, a POE or dc powered camera is his best option.
@jeremiahbrooks9876_227545822875816 Use Reolink client and enable the UID of the NVR. Moreover, if you wish to use the UI then enable the DDNS and use the URL.
@user_811136182907090_811136182907090 Note that Argus 3 Ultra have USB Type-c port while Argus 2 use the micro USB. So be careful. You can find usb type-c splitter at Amazon and the cable from Reolink. So from from Reolink Solar 6W you have the usb type-c connector.
@joseph_1979
@user_811133148405946_811133148405946 You have 8 POE ports which should be connected to the POE cameras. The LAN port should be connected to the BB router or the switch (which is connected to the BB router). If the 4th camera is not poe, then you can connect it to the switch. NVR will detect it provided they are on the same subnet.
