@maxuline Let's see if on the 31st March they will follow the DST.
@kimchigun And if you intend to purchase a cam with tracking capability, note that sometimes the Trackmix and E1 OD will not return to their guard position. I am experiencing this on both models. It seems to be a gearing issue. My personal observation.
@user_703793344291048_703793344291048 Exactly. I suggest you to submit your complaint to support on support(@)reolink(dot)com
@maxuline This is GMT+2 and so there must be an issue. Did you ever synchronize them to your smartphone?
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 The above splitter is used to convert a POE port to an ethernet port and a dc supply (12V or 5V). Say you have a POE switch/POE NVR and want to connect an E1 OD. This E1 has no POE port but an ethernet port and a separate power. So you need a splitter to connect the E1 OD to the POE switch.
@user_805194545389708_805194545389708 You may opt for a cheap android tablet or invest on an HA.Have a look at https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/17qm31h/question_about_the_doorbell_camera/
@user_804817784103111_804817784103111 Check that you have the most recent firmware from Reolink Download center. If not then upgrade it using the Windowns client. If you move the doorbell to another location near the router (for testing), would you experience the same noise?
@stoneyc_589712483692600 Try to take it up with support.
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 I suggest you to take it up with support on support(@)reolink(dot)com
@maxuline What is the time zone selected? From system/time
@acanicio_729093081293029 I am not aware of a y counter you can read. Check the API documentation.
@kimchigun Only a few models as indicated in the link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008563054-Introduction-to-the-Wokring-Principle-of-Patrol-for-Reolink-Cameras/
@paul_321739826311380 So the issue is when connecting from an external network. Most probable the P2P relay servers (provided by Azure/Aws) assuming your BB connectivity is good at home.
@noxtom3000_470435090301120 I suggest you that you email support on support(@)reolink(dot)com
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 So your Doorbell cam is connected to the NVR and you activated the push notification from the NVR. Correct? And the router is on 5G mobile?
@user_766032062857466_766032062857466 You may proceed to submit your request on support(@)reolink(dot)com I mainly use the Android client as I am mostly away.
@user_804676946100366_804676946100366 Check this https://m.reolink.com/bg/product/rlc-823a-16x/?gad_source=1You can stream to a website or YouTube.
@user_756125119496374_756125119496374 Follow this link https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013378753-How-to-Enable-Push-Notifications-for-NVR-via-Reolink-App/?gad_source=1Only activate it through NVR and not directly.
@user_804514214613241_804514214613241 Yes, this is another method to have rich notification. However, this requires Linux knowledge. Most people opted for pushover which is quicker to implement.
@user_804585406742681_804585406742681 If you are able to run a cat5/6 cable then opt for a POE camera. Battery cameras detection is based on PIR which has a max range of 10m. And there is no pre-recording when the event is detected. Or you may opt to record 24x7. Think well before purchasing.
