@smarticek_594824045961254 Can you disable the Nvidia and Intel HD video drivers and allow only the default one? Just for a test. And try to install the 8.11.0 and check it out.Get it from here https://community.reolink.com/topic/6925/pc-client-v8-14-0/6?post_id=26768&_=1708000542842
@iallinoro_169065503625461 Finalmente!! Aspetti una versione nouva.
@aleclair840_581151305457842 You need to email Reolink Support on support @ reolink . Com (delete spaces).It cannot be done through the NVR. However, you can connect the cameras through a switch which gives you direct access to the camera and subsequently you can use time lapse.
@lucrativesoldier_91574658023634 check that you have the newest fw for both the camera and the NVR. Go to Reolink download center.
@pjsmit_155286146154639 Yep, this is only available for recognised objects. For any motion there isnt
@smarticek_594824045961254 Try disabling hardware acceleration first from main menu.If this fails then try to install the directX redist (June 2010).If you have more than one video drivers, try to disable them and enable the default one.
@user_773510003101839_773510003101839 Exactly. Let see.
@iallinoro_169065503625461 caspita'. Non so che dire. Sicuramente c'e' qualcosa nella tua sistema. Hai disattivato l HW acceleration first dopo che tu hai disattivato entrambi Nvidia and Intel HD?Puoi tentare ad installare versione 8.11.0. Segui il link https://community.reolink.com/topic/6925/pc-client-v8-14-0/6?post_id=26768&_=1708000542842
@iallinoro_169065503625461 Mi dispiace. Try again with support.Just for another test. From windows device manager, under display adapter disable both nvidia and intel HD and enable the standard one. Then check out the live view.
@jay-f_681592019362019 Do you hear the motor trying to rotate? What's the temperature at the camera? Have you tried calibration?Is camera still under warranty?
@keoni_704774566166725 Yes you can watch them as they are stored in the NVR.
@keoni_704774566166725 Which cameras do you have installed? Normally WIFI dc powered cameras come with Ethernet port and not a POE port. Since you have backups on your SDs then you need to connect the cameras through a switch and from the switch to the router. NVR shall be connected to either the router or the switch. But still the videos stored on the SDs cannot be transferred to the NVR. You need to use the Reolink Windows/Android client to view and download the videos.
@user_790914341261457_790914341261457 They are available as illustrated in https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/15785632026009-How-to-Filter-out-Motion-Alarm-triggered-Videos-from-Continuous-Recordings-When-Playing-back-via-Reolink-App-or-Client/But we need events history especially if the object crosses a number of cameras. So far it is available per camera.
@user_790914341261457_790914341261457 Check this link https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/17ymn6g/playback_on_reolink_app/Still needs improvements which we have asked Reolink to implement.
@iallinoro_169065503625461 would you consider installing directx redistribution? I know that you have the latest x11 but client uses older version. On some customers it did help but again no guarantee.
@bert-storer_451118655922405 They shall be releasing a new fw which shall include the calling feature. They stated that it shall be released in Feb. So we are all waiting for this upgrade.
@iallinoro_169065503625461 Try to contact support on support @ reolink . com (delete spaces). Seems to be a driver compatibility issue.
@alleycat Good to hear that.
@iallinoro_169065503625461 un altro test...Can you temporarily delete the display Intel UHD/Iris under Device manager? And disable hardware acceleration first too.
@user_789904252731581_789904252731581 maybe through RTSP.
