@vigy_591093180735512 Not yet available. You need to connect the NVR, POE switch and BB router to the UPS.
@raziackzing_301438517170383 An 8MP cam would need around 12Mbps at 30fps.........and so 100Mbps is more than adequate. So far most cams have 100Mbps ethernet ports.
@c0nfick3r_781404561744056 Try to be nearer to the doorbell first and then move it to the location. It uses RF 433MHz signal between doorbell and chime. Initially I did had an issue as there were two concrete walls and so had to relocate the chime.
@ml_812798949916887 Really. Normally I get an answer within 24 hours. Rarely they exceeded this time.Re-send email to support.
@galati_761284881555688 Then email support on support(@)reolink(dot)com. Every quarter I send an email to support to check whether there is any newer fw for the models I have.
@ml_812798949916887 According to their roadmap, this shall be available during 2Q2024.
@ml_812798949916887 I suggest you to submit your request to support(@)reolink(dot)com
@ml_812798949916887 I suggest you to send your request to support(@)reolink(dot)com. I don't think that the developers check this community. Personal opinion.
@eric1905_794032637485302 There seems to be a connection closure from camera side. Try to restart camera and check again.Note that there is a newer fw for the doorbell. You can download it from Reolink Download center.
@by-com-ates_740338296795323 Moisture shall disappear after a day. I had this issue the first day I installed two E1 ODs.
@galati_761284881555688 Go to Reolink download center and download the newest one. Checking for new upgrade from cam doesn't work.
@email_525317533946102 I suggest you to take it up with their support on support(@)reolink(dot)comI have E1 OD and Trackmix with auto tracking and sometimes they don't revert to their guard position. So i have to manually set it again. Problem is with the gear mechanism. My solution was to disable autotracking as these are on my remote summer house.Note that E1s are known to suffer from this problem.
@email_525317533946102 My personal opinion is that the client is not meant for 24x7 monitoring. You need either an NVR or another application like BI, HA, etc.
@user_602187556462673_602187556462673 submit your request to support on support(@)reolink(dot)com
@ubarana_765069603401902 try to contact support. I suggest you to schedule a daily restart at 02:00am. Using their window client, go to maintenance.
@terp84alum_459669713309856 It should not be the case for POE if the settings are correctly tuned. Normally I use AI detection and untag any motion (other) as otherwise I will get false notifications.
@kimchigun NTP is to get the timestamp and camera adjusts according to the timezone it has been set to. Try to set timezone and don't synchronise to PC or smartphone.I didn't see anyone complaining about this here and at reddit.
@user_795498294485127_795498294485127 Better that you take it with support.
@terp84alum_459669713309856 This is normal with battery operated cams especially if the object passes the FOV quickly.
@garbal54_282925446205599 It means charging.
