@keoni_704774566166725 Yes you can watch them as they are stored in the NVR.
@keoni_704774566166725 Which cameras do you have installed? Normally WIFI dc powered cameras come with Ethernet port and not a POE port. Since you have backups on your SDs then you need to connect the cameras through a switch and from the switch to the router. NVR shall be connected to either the router or the switch. But still the videos stored on the SDs cannot be transferred to the NVR. You need to use the Reolink Windows/Android client to view and download the videos.
@user_790914341261457_790914341261457 They are available as illustrated in https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/15785632026009-How-to-Filter-out-Motion-Alarm-triggered-Videos-from-Continuous-Recordings-When-Playing-back-via-Reolink-App-or-Client/But we need events history especially if the object crosses a number of cameras. So far it is available per camera.
@user_790914341261457_790914341261457 Check this link https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/17ymn6g/playback_on_reolink_app/Still needs improvements which we have asked Reolink to implement.
@iallinoro_169065503625461 would you consider installing directx redistribution? I know that you have the latest x11 but client uses older version. On some customers it did help but again no guarantee.
@bert-storer_451118655922405 They shall be releasing a new fw which shall include the calling feature. They stated that it shall be released in Feb. So we are all waiting for this upgrade.
@iallinoro_169065503625461 Try to contact support on support @ reolink . com (delete spaces). Seems to be a driver compatibility issue.
@alleycat Good to hear that.
@iallinoro_169065503625461 un altro test...Can you temporarily delete the display Intel UHD/Iris under Device manager? And disable hardware acceleration first too.
@user_789904252731581_789904252731581 maybe through RTSP.
@user_788126889066636_788126889066636 You need to be in clear mode before downloading.
@user_746623229407444_746623229407444 So far nothing. We are all waiting to test out the calling feature.
@user_594808079581271_594808079581271 Check my post at https://community.reolink.com/topic/6925/pc-client-v8-14-0/6?post_id=26768&_=1707585752883
@pjsmit_155286146154639 On the RLC811WA it is working similar to the RLC511WA. I don't get any alert from the non detection zone. The only false alert it generates is when getting dark if you have any motion activated. But if you use AI then this disappears. Continue pressing support for a new firmware.
@mig-s_788921991717021 This has been requested for quite some time. It should be across all cameras and not just the doorbell. Admin should assign any privilege to any user.
@user_788661826474175_788661826474175 I don't have this type of camera. I suggest you to email support on support @ reolink . Com (delete spaces).
@user_646334487146521_646334487146521 I have experienced this on another model but for the detrction type being any motion. I disabled any motion and it was fine. Can you increase the alarm delay by 1s and check again?
@user_789384361566395_789384361566395 Under recording and push notification schedule, disable 'others'.If you turn off PIR, camera won't detect anything.
@user_789384361566395_789384361566395 Disable any motion and use AI detection.
@iallinoro_169065503625461 Just for a test. Can you go to Nvidia Control Panel then Manage Display Mode and select Nvidia GPU only? Can you view live streams now?
