@dan_325583698763994 Hi there, you can try to adjust the stream setting, resolution, FPS, and Bitrate to be higher. Also, you can upgrade your camera firmware to the latest version. You can find the firmware on our download center, Download Center – Reolink.

@stephanie_525942515454173 To delete the cameras under the NVR, you can only do that on the NVR monitor. You can also just click the screen and the video will pause.The button "advanced frame by frame." is to playback the video frame by frame. The video is consist of many frames. The consecutive frames make a video. If you click this button, the video will play frame by frame, which means that you can find the very detailed changes between frames in a short time.
