@cassinni_521679627063443 The EU Cloud will be available soon. But now our Cloud service only supports the Battery cameras, E series, and Lumus. You can try to use the SD card to record.
@pepeebebe_109456735178900 Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I have forwarded it to the team and our team will check this issue.
Something coming soon...What do you expect?
@matty_523989069078662 Thank you for your feedback on this. I will try to forward your request to the team to seek possibilities.
@ksmith-no_spam_479329248035005 We don't recommend charging the camera with the USB and using the camera at the same time. That will add more risk of the battery being drained.
@crimp-on_62210811129 @decessus_524467718578367 Previously the default stream mode is balanced for the single-camera view in the Client. In Client v.8.7.2, we have changed the default live view to save the stream mode you set. You can download the Client v8.7.2 and know more about the update from this article, https://community.reolink.com/topic/3267/client-v8-7-2-update-changed-to-save-the-stream-mode-setting.
@dads-camera_355070736552094 May I know what's your camera model and system information? If it is the battery camera, you can adjust the sensitivity and PIR angle. Here are some tips, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006379253-Installation-Tips-for-Reolink-Battery-Powered-Cameras.If it is the PoE or Wifi wired camera with person/vehicle detection, you can try to upgrade your camera with the latest firmware. You can download the firmware here, Download Center – Reolink. Then you can choose to adjust the sensitivity or other alarm settings.
@ckessler_524436210262266 For the E1 Outdoor auto-tracking issue, you can send a request to our support team. And we will send you a new firmware or check more issues. You can submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support.
@bakkenkl_524424574742716 Our PoE cameras don't support Cloud service now. You can also look at our wifi wired camera, E series & Lumus. They can support Cloud services. You can know more about the supported model and available country here, https://cloud.reolink.com/.If you use the NVR, the video can record to the HDD of the NVR. You can put your NVR in a hidden place. It can be safe.
@jerry-king_217223917490410 Thank you for the update. You can send some videos to our support team to have a further check. Our tech will try to help. Submit a request – Reolink Support

@marcus @mbzt_424281994174717 For the guard point issue, our tech will help you with the further check. Please submit a request here, Submit a request – Reolink Support.
@matty_523989069078662 Push will also need to communicate with the server. So when you disable the UID, the push will be disabled too. This is to guarantee the security for the users who don't want to communicate with the outside network.
@lbs2reolink There is no such version for E1 Zoom now. You can get a new update for the E1 Outdoor from our support team. https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
@ks Thank you for your feedback. I have forwarded it to our Client team and they will check this issue.
@heravinluca92_524266621980886 Welcome! Feel free to ask questions and find any information you want in our forum!
@ron_333040176263370 You can try to enhance the bitrate and FPS to improve the night vision. For other models, you can look at the models with higher resolution and person/vehicle detection. The AI firmware can also improve night vision.
@leroyloren_494318832750846 Can you try to draw the zone bigger than the accurate detection zone? If it still has issues, you can try to send the false alerts video in clear mode and your detection zone setting to our support team. Submit a request – Reolink Support
@karlocikovic_208513412940016 We are working on the new firmware of B800/D800 with hardware version IPC_566XX. But there is no ETA now.
@ramms_119_396004748976341 For the day and night switch, our tech is checking this issue. The setting is mainly to adapt to the setting of third-party software like Blue Iris. If you don't use the third-party software, you can just keep the default setting.Using the Fixed Frame Rate setting, it can make the night vision more fluent with the fixed frame rate. You can adjust this setting on the Web using IP address now. The PC Client will be available soon.
