@kenny_293381041021103 "Sync Brightness" feature can be used only when it works as a standalone camera. When connected to the NVR, it doesn't have this feature now. We will update this feature in the next NVR version. If you want to use this feature, you can connect the camera as a standalone camera.

In the “Properties” window, you can find what is the format of your SD card. For the firmware, yours is the latest one. If your SD card's format is right but it still has many problems, you can try to change another SD card to work.
