@ulf-lundqvist_416220869394583 In the SD card, there will be a file to store the pictures. You can take out the SD card to download the pictures/video.When the camera is generating the timelapse, you can view and download the pictures/video on the APP. You don't need to stop the timelapse.
There is RTC(Real Time Clock) inside the camera. It can keep the real time.
@starfish21_37513982370005 Hi there, have you tried the method I mentioned above? You can also submit a request to get help from our support team, Submit a request – Reolink Support.
@starfish21_37513982370005 1. Please make sure that you have used all the capital letters when you input the UID. 2. You mention that you have added the camera in LAN, you can try to add the camera in a different network. 3. Try to add the camera to your phone APP. If it can be added to the phone APP in LAN or WAN. It may be about the issue of the Client.4. If it is the issue of the Client, you can try to reinstall the 8.4.2 Client.
@len Thank you for your update and feedback! We will record down the issues and forward them to the team.
@john-smith_427449593290987 Hi John, I have sent you the message via the Community Chat. Can you check?
@clyde747dk_219890613919943 Check the settings and the SD card status first. You can try to troubleshoot according to this article, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006927733-No-Recordings-Found-in-Micro-SD-Card.
@warnzie_464572544110774 These icons can’t be removed now. But we will add an option to remove these icons or not in the next NVR version. Stay tuned!
@николай_473222574670047 The latest firmware of RLC-810A and RLC-820A is v3.0.0.494. Can you check if yours is the latest one? You can find out the system information following this article. If it is not the latest one, you can download the firmware according to the camera model and hardware version of your camera. With this firmware, there is an "object size" setting. You can adjust the object size that the camera needs to detect. We are also working on improving the algorithm of person/vehicle detection. You can send the false alert video to support#reolink.com (replaced # with @) and our tech will enhance the detection technology based on those videos.

@karlocikovic_208513412940016 Our NVR doesn't support pulling the H265 video via the RTSP stream now. So you may just view the fluent video on Blue Iris. We are working on the compatibility of the RTSP and H265 on our NVR. Stay tuned!
