@kristof Thank you for your feedback. Our Web Client is not compatible with the phone now, so it may cause a half-screen issue. It is just compatible with the PC web browser. You can try to use Windows or the Reolink phone APP to view the camera.

It may be related to the camera firmware, computer CPU occupied rate, computer system, decoding, and other factors. Our engineers need to check some cases to confirm the issue now. Can you tell me what is your system info for the RLC-511WA and the RLC-811A? @crimp-on_62210811129 Thank you for your suggestion. We will have the new firmware for RLC-410-5MP and RLC-420-5MP soon. But it is still under development. It will try to fix the unsynchronized problem of the FTP video and SD video. Welcome any feedback after the new firmware releases.
@inge_241341868548265 The E1 pro supports ONVIF and sets up the static IP address. I have confirmed with our engineer that the E1 Pro doesn't support the web browser from the time it was released. Only the E1 Zoom among the E1 indoor series supports web browser access. You can try to set up the static IP address via the PC Client. You can have a look.

@mjames9999_499344251433196 You can try to enable the network ports on the Client. In the new firmware, the ports are default closed. Network Settings->Advanced->Port settingsIf it can't work well even after you enable the ports, you can contact our support team for the previous firmware. The previous firmware of RLC-823A is not available in the download center. Submit a request – Reolink Support
