@alfelix_215183236268235 it is common on a lot of PC's that hardware decoding needs to be switched off in settingsthis should fix the issue.otherwise update your graphics card driver and/or video codecs

@daz_58170128017 I am assuming you dont mean in live view mode?In playback mode it should keep playing until there is no more recorded clips to play, then it will show the play button as there would be no more recorded clips to play

@tpmartel_244897408610479 potentially could be due to cost of warehousing and processing of the orders- Amazon orders are usally managed by amazon as apposed to reolink having to process the orders themselves. other than that I wouldnt know but have noticed that constantly

Have just setup a new E1 indoor camera. From unboxing to fully setup was less than a few minutes. Just open the app, select add camera and scan the qr code. Literally connected straight to wifi, no hassle. Windows client auto recognised the device on the network and just needed the correct username and password to connect.Will do some video tests to see how it performs with animals running around the house.Photos from unboxing below.

@reolink-fiona No, just has auto upgrade. The manual part is missing. Every other camera has itP.s I am running latest beta pc client
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I only have the option for auto online upgrade, not manually loading the firmware file. I am also remote accessing the camera, so maybe it is that. Will try from the same network next time im there
This is most likely my user error, but how do we update the trackmix firmware?I cannot see a way either through the app or via PC client nor can i find any specific instructions.Thanks in advance...

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 yeh im not sure what was fixed, or what had changed, but on a samsung s21 and s21 ultra i noticed a considerably faster load time of the app and camera connection. Could have fixed issues with my phones, dunno. but so far so good.
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I just got the new android update. not sure if just me, but its the fastest version ive had. open and loads camera stream very fast.
Updated and so far running well. Have re-enabled hardware decoding and so far stable.video a little smoother so far.

Can we please have the hardware decoding feature in the client/apps switched to off as default?it seems that so many people have hardware compatibilty issues with their devices, so would make more sense to have it default off and then can be manually switched on.
@wickyup_628533873446932 in the camera settings you can set which detected motion will activate recording. Currently have an internet outage where my camera is so will upload a screenshot when its running again
